Everything is golden but not the service. The rooms are beautiful but not clean. The staff is not good at all. They spent millions but don't have any news channels even in English. No any channels available for kids. When you live here you should know Russian to watch TV. OVERALL, 3 stars just for the amenities of this building.

A wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. We were staying on the second floor and suddenly found that there was no hot water. We temporarily upgraded to a deluxe suite, but found that the shower head didn't work at all. However, since it was our last night, we just made do with it. The overall feeling was flashy and superficial, and the facilities were not well maintained.

Good place for daily visits. Where is two swimming pools, one of those is open air. Very quiet and peaceful place for rest.
