I had a wonderful stay at Rooms Apart Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Yerevan and just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. It made everything very convenient, whether for sightseeing or business meetings.
The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The price is very affordable for such a central location, which makes it even better value.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan!

Nice apart hotel in the city center. Was there only for few hours to have a sleep before my early morning flight. Everything was fine.

Would recommend to all my friends wonderful staff! Warm and welcoming. Had a great one month stay. I miss being there tremendously! I will definitely return.

We loveeed our stay here! The room was well-kept and all the staff were sweet and accomodating. The location’s superb as well since it’s just across Vernissage and there’s a pharmacy and supermarket nearby. We’ll definitely book this one again once we’re back in Armenia. ❤️

Stayed here for 4 nights and really happy. Room had a great little balcony, washing machine and overall the amenities that you would need.
Room was clean and they were really thorough with making sure the room was as refreshed.
I’d hung up some washed clothes outside and they thoughtfully brought in a drying rack which was kind.
No smoking in the rooms, but if there are heavy smokers on other balcony’s it does linger. I can’t stand the smell so maybe I’m more sensitive.
Staff are friendly and love the little thank you card which is a nice touch.
Very central. Pharmacy and large supermarket next door, cafe across the street. Walkable to the centre.
I going booking direct on their website much cheaper than on Booking or Expedia. Recommend booking airport transfer through them - might be more expensive but they’re reliable.
