+ The room was spotless clean. There were enough utensils. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the city centre but still in a street with many cafes, restaurants etc and the rooms are super quiet. The view from the balcony is superb. The staff, Nvar especially, were very helpful and eager to do their best so I was comfortable. I was offered a higher quality room with a desk once they knew I was there for work and I was allowed to check out later without additional charges. I'll definitely choose Rooftop hotel again.

This hotel is conveniently located near everything. The breakfast is not exceptional, but it’s adequate.

My only complaint is the loudness of the staff, especially in the afternoon when guests are resting. Considering the hotel’s small size, they should be more mindful of their noise level and communicate quietly.

This hotel is great overall. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of all the restaurants and historic sites.

The only reason we booked this place was because it had free parking ask mention in the booking. When we arrived there was no fee parking. So we had to pay for parking

We had a wonderful stay at Rooftop Apart hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite for our family of 4, and it was perfect. Room was large, new, and clean. Location was great too. We specifically loved all of the staff members there, especially Ruzanna. She was an excellent cook. Made us breakfast, served us coffee every morning, and was always welcoming. She paid attention to our needs, and our kids LOVED her. We will miss her and the staff dearly.
