From the time I walked in the front doors to check in I've been incredibly happy with our choice of resort. Just outside the noise and hustle of central Surfers it is a wonderful resort with much ambience and beauty from the beautiful grounds to the rooms themselves.
Staff are fantastic and the units are gorgeous. I very highly recommend.

Location is good. But the state of the room is disgusting. We arrived to find only the beds were changed. Nothing was cleaned. Showers were full of hair, soap scum along the grout and floors. Sinks and mirrors not cleaned. Didn’t vacuum either or mop as hair all over the carpets and tiled flooring. Kitchen wasn’t clean. Fans all dusty. What looked like blood on the carpet . They said it’s paint. Of course I complained. They said they got a housekeeper in. But no sign of anything cleaned just vacuum in the bedroom and bathroom, nothing was cleaned. I took video and send them via email of all the hair etc in the bathroom, I tried to call them first thing this morning but number isn’t working. Eventually managed mobile number which didn’t work either. She did however call me . But still it’s not clean and not up to standard at all. I have my own cleaning business and I would never let anyone walk into accomodation of filth!!

Room was in good condition, however the room stunk like curry. I think the curtains need washing to get rid of smell. Overall it was good.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Executive Apartment on level 1, Unit 21. This has been renovated and furnished beautifully, with attention to detail. The view over the gardens and palms made us feel extremely relaxed. The garden and pool area is well maintained and perfect for the family, a really nice Queensland vibe.

Mari Court is an older property, but it is well maintained, and the location is fantastic. The staff are absolutely lovely as well. I'd definitely return. Great pool/BBQ area for family. 😊😊

Extremely dirty oven and extractor have caked on grease, fans dusty ,scum mark in the bath, all switches dirty,knob missing off one fan control, flyscreens dusty.Only one toilet roll in each toilet for a 3 bedroom apartment .Only allowed 2 keys for the room. Needs a damn good clean, not just a vacumn and bedding change.Very dated and old.Only has aircon in the lounge.

Three of us dined here yesterday for the Groupon high tea. My points are given for the novelty of a revolving restaurant, convenience of free parking, friendly service and good drinks. Improvements could be made on the food itself which was pretty average but otherwise a pleasurable experience.

Fantastic views of Surfers Paradise from the Four Winds restaurant located on the top floor of the Crowne Plaza complex. The restaurant rotates slowly through 360 degrees providing views of the Gold Coast from all angles.

The food is served "all you can eat" buffet style. It's mainly seafood but there are plenty of other options. The food was delicious and the ambience was good. Price-wise, it's not what I would call cheap but you can find deals/coupons on various websites. Enjoyable visit and will return again.

Went for dinner to get the views, can't see out the windows at night.
Food is below par even for a buffet, especially for the price of $77 per head, we weren't even offered a drink apart from water.

High Tea at Four Winds: Beautiful panoramic views of the Coast. Staff are friendly, attentive and welcoming. The High tea itself was okay. Glad I bought a few vouchers through Groupon or I may have been disappointed if I paid full price. Sandwiches are very average - 2 choices: Egg and ham, cheese, tomato with relish. The scones are served cold. Most of the High Teas I have been to serve their savories warm. The desserts are very generic. All in all - the food is average but the views are to die for. Also it smells of seafood (I'm assuming from the seafood buffet) - something I wouldn't mind if I were there to eat seafood.

We had the seafood buffet dinner and it wasn't too bad but wasn't impressive either. The seafood was fresh but the taste of the selection of hot food could be improved. The revolving restaurant concept was special and we did enjoy the view.
