We ordered seafood soup, got too many mushrooms, two prawns and a squid what the heck? Pat Thai pork, got literally only two pork meat in it. Long wait for food. Not coming back ! Won’t recommend anyone.

After mentioning my dietary requirements, I was advised that there would be a few options I could choose from. Just before ordering the waitress went and checked with the chef to ensure those options. I chose from what I was offered. After a long wait, my dish came with eggs after I had specifically asked for vegan. I sent the dish back in advising that it had eggs knowing from the smell and the texture . And the dish was returned and they advised that there was definitely no egg in it. As I was still doubtful, I didn't eat and asked another waitress to confirm and after she checked, she confirmed that the dish had eggs after all. I then had to wait again for a dish that had less quantity and was overpriced. What if I had an allergic reaction? These guys need to take their job seriously. Won't go there again and will be advising friends not to either.

Worst Montezumas I've ever been to, arrived early, placed order for 5 people, had to ask for drinks menu twice, dip plate came out with split terrible tasting dip, two meals came out had to ask again to get drinks, ordered 3 drinks, 2 drinks come out but no food, waiting..., had to ask 3 times where our 3rd drink was, it finally came out with a piece of plastic in it, still waiting asked about our other two meals? Obviously been missed, got told sorry a couple of minutes now, waited again 4 tables seated after us got their meals after being told 2 minutes, nearly an hour goes by nothing. Decide thats enough walk up to counter to pay and get handed full bill, payed for what we ate, should have paid nothing.

Wont be back, ever.....

Have eaten here lots and think the food is amazing and great value.
However on two occasions we have been turned away .once at 8.25 eve and were told the kitchen was closed although it said on website 9.00.
Then yesterday at 1.35 we were turned away and told kitchen closes at 1.30 although it says 2.00 on web page .
