Very disappointed, did not sell creamy corn & carrot curry! I couldn't even feed my poor boy Rajesh

I could have given a 0 star but did'nt have any option
I called about 30 mins to be there..
I was not informed that they were having function.. and told me to leave after i drove all that 30 mins.. could have told when i called.. worst hospitality ever..

Terrible service and even worse food.
I was emotionally scared and distressed by the wait staff and viscerally offended by the deleterious food I just couldn't finish.
Im now conditioned to dry reach as I walk by a stretch of road I used to call home, and my poor children ask me, " daddy, why are you crying?"

We were looking for a nice place on one of the busiest nights off the year, unfortunately this was not it. Considering the timing we booked and were given a table in the busiest part of the outdoor area. Three other people were served before I went up and asked if I could order somewhere. Someone eventually came over only after about two minutes (so not bad) but after we order drinks we were served the wrong drinks. I apologize that what had been brought out (bicardi and coke) I did not like and asked if I could swap it for Capt Morgan and coke (what I actually ordered), but it didn't come at all. Thankfully when we went to pay and I told them this they cancelled it from the receipt. We order Garlic Bread and Oysters Kilpatrick for entrees which wasn't bad at all. But two minutes later our main meals were served. I had (1) Lamb Shank which was very lean on the meat side which was disappointing for the price, but the vegetables were very nice (especially the mashed potato). But my partner had Pork Belly as a main which was six slightly overcooked pieces (not succulent but dry). Which on a side note, Oyster Kilpatrick are $3 each with a minimum order of 6 (fair) on there online menu but we paid $3.20 so there online menu needs updating, but the point; the Pork Belly was $26.95 for six pieces... so $4.50 per piece! That's more than the oysters!!! What???
Staff seemed nice especially one of the ladies who had a nice warm and inviting vibe. But the bloke we dealt with when paying and questioning the cost made me feel like I was litter on the bottom of his shoe. Seemed very arrogant, maybe in Russia this would work but at the Gold Coast.
Overall wasn't a great New Years Eve dinner, I would never eat here again unfortunately and far too over priced for quantity and quality.

Do not eat here. Constructive criticism? They welcome it!! It's plastered all over the walls when you go to pay....What other restaurant expects you to have any form of criticism when you go to pay? We ordered $3 oyster kilpatricks.... They came out cold - smothered in BBQ sauce with a couple bits of bacon with pea sizes oysters....But wait... They have a "sign" for that too, warning that good seafood is a delicacy.... Size may vary.... Like it's hard to get in a good size.... Lol...yes, even in surfers paradise.....but I suppose profit margins mean more.... Wait... I haven't finished yet ... The risotto comes out looking like spew on a plate....(See attached picture) Zero taste....luke warm.... Waiter drops it down and walks away.... Um... Do we get cracked pepper... Or ask if we want another drink? I'm starting to expect too much from this place .... Think decor of a seedy nightclub at 4am when the lights come back on.... We told the waiter that the food was pretty bad when asked... No systems in place to rectify....at least they asked....he walks away.... Ok..Perhaps just the new guy.... Couldn't find it myself to finish the food...
And iv never left uneaten oysters on the table before... We go to leave.... Go to pay.... Im not caring, just want to get out of the place....Cashier asks, how the food was, interesting..... I said, I live in Surfers, iv eaten all over the place, I'm not coming back, the food was terrible.... Again, no system in place to rectify...no comment.... So all I hope is someone reads this and decides to go anywhere else...my $75 loss will be my gift to you... Try one of the lovely places in chevron renaissance.... To the owner or management... Please take this as an opportunity to improve. I'm not having a go at you, unless you do this on purpose.... I know you can do better.... investigate and improve every system, running an establishment like yours is a big task, I know, but take a big step back and see it from your customers eyes....without customers, you're just shop keepers.

I order 4 peri peri pizza they told me 15 min and people come after and order pizzas.
After 35 min no one their except me. Very bad service. it's ridiculous and disrespectful

I eat alot of crust pizza in Sydney and this is the first time I ordered crust in surfers paradise and also the first time i disliked what I received from crust. The 3 pizza's I ordered were overdone, chewy and dry. Everything a pizza shouldn't be. Probably should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Sorry guys, but your offer of a free large pizza didn't save us from having to eat 2 cold, hard pizzas that arrived 1.5 hours after we ordered them.
I've had much better from Dominos at a fraction of the price. I was looking for a better quality pizza and got WORSE.
And what's with putting all of 3 anchovies on our pizza when we specially ordered anchovies?
Can't wait for our free pizza so we can be disappointed again.
