Beach views, close to restaurants, tram and shops.
Bed very comfy in our room, kitchen dated and crockery all an mis match but still catered to our needs. Receptionist was very friendly and we were lucky enough to get an early check in at 10.20am.

Had great difficulty trying to communicate prior to arrival regarding a late check. I had to ring ******* helpdesk twice and then it was unclear as to whether we were able to receive a late check in or not as the place is locked after 5 pm.
We managed to get in okay?
The apartment was filthy.!! The tiled floors, balconies and furniture, glass top tables etc were all dirty. After I complained they sent a cleaner in but it was just spray and wipe. The range hood was dripping with fat and grime and splash backs needed cleaning. We were disgusted and said they would not get a good review… Rececption said sorry but no offer to deep clean. This was a real disappointment as the apartment including the building, location, beach views, shops, transport and everything else was absolutely perfect. Such a shame and I have never had to give a review like this before makes me feel awful but has to be said!

Couple of days get away
It was a great location walkable to everything. The view of the ocean from nearly every room. The parking was easy and spacious.
The unit was great but the bathrooms need doing up

The first row of sea view has a very good view, and the location is the biggest advantage. However, the room equipment is too basic and there are too few sockets. There is no bedside lamp or bedside table in the second bedroom. Half of the wardrobe is locked to store housekeeping cleaning supplies. In winter, I really need quilts but only have sheets and blankets. I can only bring a coat to keep warm. The bathroom in the master bedroom is very small. I thought that I would not recommend staying in this hotel in Tokyo. There are other options in Surfers Paradise.

Ordered food, medium and got kind of extra hot.

Then asked for raita, that was way too little normally free with biryani in many restaurants, but has been ridiculously charged $6.50, could have got more than one kg of yugart and one kg cucumber in that price.
Girl at checkout was friendly though

Finally! An Indian restaurant with a flavourful experience.
After ordering from Menulog for the first time, I wasn't sure what to expect.

Quick, tasty, easy and user-friendly

My delivery arrived on time as stated via a text message and the food was amazing.
Hot Butter Chicken - could have been a little more spicy than what it was. The chicken was real pieces and not the fatty left off-cuts. The sauce was exceptional and I highly recommend ordering this dish alongside coconut rice (yum).
Spinach and cheese naan - decent serving and temperature hot (most deliveries arrive warm at best).
Kashmiri naan - the textures were pleasant with the softness of the naan, sweetness of sultanas and the slight crunch from the cashews all wrapped in naan bread, I'll definitely be ordering this again.
Delivery - on time and no hassles. I paid cash and the very happy and friendly delivery driver had change waiting depending on what notes I was going to pay for so there was no hassle or confusion, just a quick delivery service like it should be, so thank you.

I was here on 31/12/17 at around 1:30-2am and i was served twice by a buff, tattooed man named Andrew! by far the best customer service ive ever experienced at a subway store. He made the tastiest vege pattie sub ever and listened to my strange requests for my sandwiches. keep up the awesome work Andrew! 5 stars every time for andrew

Terrible service couldn't get rid of us soon enough. Had to go back to get the rest of the meal they left out. Then while sitting inside eating the meals purchased got rained on by the leaking aircon. Definatly don't recommend.

Hello Subway, I came here last year and I got my usual meatball sub. Well, that afternoon I vomited from it and I didn't even eat half it tasted so gross. I will never go back because I feel sorry that people are still going there!

1. Please make your customer service better. They don't put enough condiments on there!

2. I would possibly go back to this place if you put more fresh ingredients on your subs. Maybe try certified organic?

This experience has made me lose my appetite for subway FOREVER. I have also told all my friends and family about this scenario.
