A very convenient location at Main beach in Gold Coast, the resort was very easy to find when we arrived, check in was really smooth, Rene & the staff were super helpful and friendly. The apartment was equipped with a kitchen, had amazing sea views, spacious bedrooms and all we needed to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Totally recommend this resort to families looking for quiet and relaxing...

Friendly staff. Great location with beautiful views

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. There's a bus stop nearby, and the beach is across the street. A large store is a 25-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 10 minutes away. The center, with its cafes, is a 5-minute walk away, and there's also a breakfast cafe downstairs. There's construction next to the hotel, but it didn't bother us at all. The room was spacious, but we were unlucky...

Carpets definitely needs to a steam cleaning. Curtains and the couches has stain, visually you can see the stain needs a good cleaning. Shower base is not level. The drainage is in the middle and the water builds up one side of the base. You have to bring the water to the drainage by using your foot. Door handles are lose. The drainages need mesh to stop cockroaches coming inside.

We enjoyed 9 nights stay, beautiful views, quite location but very close to anything. We were on the 14th floor of a lovely, tidy apartment with anything basic needed. Kitchenware, blankets, TV in every room, towels etc. Received an email for a mod-stay clean up but nobody showed up - which is fine as we kept tidy and a vacuum is provided in the room. We just loved it!!

Unit 249, is on level 12 as great views and location to central Surfers Paradise is great. The appartment has had a partial make over. Floors and living areas are modern and tidy. Walls have been painted but have some dirty marks that make them look uncared for or cleaning crew is cutting corners. I have stayed a the Moroccan a number of times. Really enjoy the location and parking. Rooms can be hit and miss, some are looking really tired with broken furnishings, for the money you pay you could get better down the road, however if your lucky enough to get an updated apartment it can really make your trip.

Everything was good except that I can’t understand that in this day and age they had no WiFi. After three days of complaining they gave us a modem that worked for one day and then stopped.

Staff friendly and very helpful, amenities need to be upgraded as starting to look aged. Windows were difficult to wind open, that sort of thing, just needs a bit more love and care. No smoke alarms which is troubling, was taken off wall. This sort of thing should be checked regularly. Would definatley stay again as great location, staff, view etc, was lovely and thank you Breakfree Moroccan.

Our experience at paradise island hotel was just average.

The hotel Is pretty old...Standard cleanliness, excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Surfers Paradise. If you're using the hotel just as a base, it's perfectly fine

This was our second stay at Golden Riveria. We love it here. Close to airport, on the beach and across the road from shops and surf club. If you dont have a car, you can access everything you need in walking distance.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay for 2 adults 3 kids. Access to the beach just across the road and usually lifeguards have flagged area very close. The apartment was great but the description was totally wrong it's not queen and two twin bedrooms it's two doubles and one twin bedroom! The middle bedroom had nothing in it apart from a double bed. No lamp no table not even a chair.

It’s beautifully maintained and freshly renovated main areas. I have been visiting this place for approx 20 years since I was a child and I’ve had fantastic memories here. Apartments are clean and well cared for and terrific ocean views. Facilities including the indoor pool area is great for kids and always clean. It’s also close walking distance to restaurants, beach walks and parks

We loved the location of this hotel. Close enough to the main strip to enjoy everything Surfers Paradise has to offer, but far enough away to avoid the constant noise, crowds, and parking chaos. The main area was extremely busy, so we quickly discovered that e-bikes were the best way to get around. Surfers Paradise itself was great: lively atmosphere, plenty of activity, shops open late, great food...

Room was very bad condition, the furniture was very old and ripped, we were six people and there was only 4 dining chairs we did asked for two more didn't get it.

Property need to do some serious house keeping. Furnitures in the living room has worn out and property is infested with crockroach. Will not come back again.

It was okay overall. Given the price, I expected a bit more in terms of facilities and service, though I understand it was a busy Christmas period.

Reception staff very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Unit was clean. Had usual amenities, coffee/tea, dish soap, laundry soap. Paper towels would have been nice. Loved that parking was included. The only thing I would point out, for some, might be an issue are the stairs. Does not matter which unit you stay in always stairs to negotiate. Enjoyed my stay

Beaches on Wave, was safe, comfortable, clean with on site secure and easy parking. The Manager and staff were great and the property suited our needs. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a short stay on the Gold Coast.

The room we had was perfect for our situation. We did get small ants every night when we returned home which was very annoying. No elevator so stairs could be an issue for some people, but we were fine.

Had a wonderful stay at Surf Parade Resort! Came for the Gold Coast marathon & this was the perfect place to recover with the pool, spa & sauna on site. The view from our apartment of the ocean & hinterland was breathtaking & far beyond what we expected. Would definitely recommend & we will return

Apartment very clean, roomy & had the basics, but is in need of an update. The blinds do not close properly in the lounge room. A little noisy next to the lift as well. Otherwise was an OK stay close to the beach & transport.

It was a pleasant stay and I got a special visitor who flew in to say ‘Hi’. The accommodation is suitable for family stay but would be too big for a solo traveller like myself.

The location is excellent; the beach is just across the street. The serviced apartment offers little beyond the front desk; the rooms are very spacious with a balcony offering sea views, and the price is quite reasonable.

If you are looking for somewhere fancy to stay, this accommodation is not for you. BUT if you are looking for unparalleled ocean views thats family friendly and close to everything, this is definitely the place for you. Sure its old and seen better days, but the plus side is its roomy, has everything you need and super friendly staff. We will 100% stay there again.

The front counter staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. However, I paid for a deluxe ocean view room and it was terrible, I have previously paid for an ocean view room at the same hotel and had a much better apartment.

Bang opposite the beach, wonderful uninterrupted ocean views, value for money. However, should review their after hours checin in process. 5pm is rather early to close off reception.

Great location- just across the road from main beach and short walk to eateries/Cavill Mall. Good size rooms and views just incredible. All the facilities you need - loved the spa pool.

have stayed here before and although the property is ageing our apartment was just what we needed. A large lounge, kitchen and bedroom with a balcony with ocean views. The staff were great and the location excellent.

We were able to check in early and Lucky upgraded us to a 1 bedroom self contained unit. It's an older complex but everything was clean, lovely gardens, hot spa and nice pool. Great location only 350m to beach.

Not only did they never respond to a chat, but they were also rude to the late check-in. While I had to arrive on time to avoid any issues because I like it... what happened? The plane was delayed. Add to that the construction they're doing on the tram in Gran Canaria. Luckily, I arrived on time, but they never answered. Then they left very few paper products and soap. Stayed here back in July and was an amazing stay. We rang to say we we're going to be arriving late, way after reception closes. On the phone the guy said he's happy to assist when we arrive just give him a call. Check in was smooth. Room was so much bigger than we expected! Have just spent 5 .nights there and what a great place to stay.It is within walking distance to the trams and bus terminal,Pacific Fair,Oasis Center,Surf Club and the beach. We were upgraded to a refurbished one bedroom apartment which was excellent. Very clean all-round. Will go back another time.

Spindrift is in a great location, right on the beach, 150 mtrs from the local surf club, and a short wlak from a variety of cafes, restaurants and fast food outlets. Area is very quite, and safe.

Great loacation, room was clean on arrival. The room was serviced twice in the 16days we stayed, fresh bedding and towels which is fine, however the bathroom was never cleaned in that whole time which was very poor and there was also a bit of a challange with mould in the bathroom which we had to spray with mould killer regularly.Apart from that everything else was good

Comfortanle stay with a beautiful view! We had an excellent stay at Ambience on Berleigh. Our 3 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even let us know that our room was ready early to check in. We will definitely be returning!

Great location. Good sleep. Good services. Good facilities. I will chose to come again if the price is fair. Yet: The building need renovation. Cleaning is poor. Windows look like never been cleaned from the construction period, last century.

Overall, it was okay. I came with my relatives, and they said they didn't sleep very well, probably because of the bed. The 1.5m bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. The beach towels cost an extra 3 yuan.

The Château Beach resort is located in Central Surfers Paradise right opposite the beach. The beachfront apartments have obstructed views up and down of the entire coast. There is an outdoor pool with lounge furniture and three spas. The staff are very friendly. The apartments are not modern. However they come with a full kitchen. I have been coming to The Chateau for yrs. New management now but I feel the place was run better previously. Especially with maintaining the facilities like the jakoozi and spa. This place is fantastic. I relaxed here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. One of the best things about my stay was the location. I parked my car in the underground carpark and didn't have to move it all the time I was there. Our stay was excellent, we are a family of four. Two adults two kids. There was alot of room in the hotel with stunning views. We were greeted with a smile, had our own parking , two swipe keys , fresh towels , beds & clean full kitchen with washer , dryer, pots, pans, shampoo and so on.. nothing was a problem. I am currently staying here for a short amount of time, good facilities, good view, not very clean, towels have brown spots, I recommend to bring your own towels if you stay here, I had to go buy my own towels. (the towel here had poo stains.) It is a bit far from the general shopping district, but still walkable distance.

The location is excellent, a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, tourist areas, and supermarkets. The hotel is clean and well-equipped, making it an ideal vacation home for personal use.

Great location - limited reception hours The location of the apartment is great for access to all of Broadbeach. Be aware that reception is open limited hours. You need to check on the door because the hours were not the same as stated in the email I received.

The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were in Room 14 and it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A great room for the Groundwater Festival or any other Broadbeach festival. Recommended!

Location was great for eating out, closeness to beach and shopping. However the actual accommodation was a bit old, tired with broken or not working fittings (shower screen, drapes and badly worn furnishings inside & out). Staff were good.
