Clean and comfortable with all amenities you need, including washing machine and dryer apartment was a good size and only one block from the beach. There is tram works going on outside our window but the room was discounted and it wasn’t too noisy. Great cafes also right across the street.

Great location, great apartment & amenities. Had everything needed in the apartment washing machine, dryer, stove, dishwasher, hairdryer. Lovely staff as well.

My parents had a lovely stay. The manager was very professional and the apartment was very clean however the couch could most certainly do with an update. The pool was warm and the location was perfect. They would stay again.

Kitchen was good. But hood fan did not work Water to dishwasher was turned off so took a bit of a struggle to figure it out. Bathroom and bedroom very dusty Had to buy allergy medication There was dust on the walls and ceiling Bathroom fan was covered in dust

Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of heaps of shops, cafes, pubs, etc. Rooms are clean and tidy, and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again :)

The property was well situated to visit the beach and amenities. However there are major road works outside the apartments with noisy work continuing throughout the night. The roadworks also create major diversions for pedestrians

Right opposite Broadbeach, a quiet spot. There are many nice restaurants outside and a shopping centre a street. A convenient spot central to main areas in tyne Goldcoast. Checking in and out was easy and the room accommodating.

We spent a long weekend here and it was a fantastic choice. The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, and the apartment had a beautiful view. It was very comfortable and spacious. We asked about the cost of a late check-out and they kindly offered it to us free of charge, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes the room was in a good living condition and it's appearance was that it was clean and tidy. And all you need for a room. My only issue is the mattress on the fold out sofa bed in the lounge. It was dirty and stained. It does not seem it gets cleaned and it was only as I was resting on that I felt extremely itchy.

-Stayed at unit 5C. A bit dated but got all the basic stuff you need and expect from an apartment. - Spent the new year's eve with a great view of the fireworks. - Very accessible. A few minutes walk to trams, buses, Oasis shopping centre and Kurrawa beach.

The apartment was spotless and the staff were fantastic . Location was brilliant.

Excellent stay. The apartments are really spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need. The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Super convenient and easy to get around. We spent a week here and had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent—close to the beach, with nice restaurants and everything we needed nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again.

Great location - close to everything without being in the thick of it, so relatively quiet with lovely views over the broadwater to enjoy at sunset.

Suitable for those driving, with parking available. However, the front desk closes early, making check-in inconvenient. The facilities are quite old; the bed creaked constantly, and cleanliness was so-so. The hotel's location is decent, very quiet, with many restaurants within walking distance.

Dirty and dusty surfaces, few supplies (toilet paper, laundry detergent). One chair was broken. Beautiful interior and view from the window.

The environment is beautiful. It's a bit far from the city center.

Less cleanness. Dusty fan. We paid more than 500 box per night but the quality is in question. View was nice but a bit noisy at night. Very convenient location to access shops. There is not enough washing soap for washing machine. Used Coffee kits were left. Not enough rubbish bags to change by ourselves so needed to use practic bags from Woolworth. Good car park would be easy to get to shops apart from massive roadworks out the front. Nice view of the beach with buildings only partially blocking view. Spacious and clean. Staff lovely. Amazing location right in the heart of Burleigh Heads, close to the beach and shops. Fantastic views of the beach, our apartment was perfect. Parking was easy in the underground car park.

Very friendly personal service, check in was effortless. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The property is one street back from the beach and the area is surprisingly quiet. Very handy to both Broadbeach and Surfers restaurants. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

Our room was on the 7th floor, which had good views of the beach, however these views will be blocked when the 26 floor building on the other side of the road is completed, (this will be a while away, have only started the ground works). Great place to stay. Very clean and tidy, beautiful appartment close to the beach and transport and the staff was so nice, couldn't have asked for a better experiance . I will be staying here again for sure next time we are going to the GC.

A well priced property in a relatively quiet area. Just a five minute walk to the 'G' which allows cheap access to all of the main attractions on the Gold Coast. Two stops and you arrive at Pacific Fair and in the other direction only three stops to the centre of Surfers. A very good value apartment on the Gold Coast. Clean rooms with decent kitchen. Good location a few minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are great. Customer service is fantastic. There is nothing to complain about at all. Fantastic experience here. Our room has a lau dry with washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchenware and full size fridge. I'm really impressed with the accommodation.

Perfect happy to select and good memory

The swimming pool was shut and were not informed of this while booking. Also the booking said Air conditioning was there, however it was only in 1 bedroom out of the two and not even in the living room.

Second life has been out of order for over 6 months, no air-conditioning, couch was worn and uncomfortable, outdoor chairs need replacing, curtains in main bedroom don't fully close allowing morning sun to smack you in the face very early. Front carpark is always closed.

From the time I walked in the front doors to check in I've been incredibly happy with our choice of resort. Just outside the noise and hustle of central Surfers it is a wonderful resort with much ambience and beauty from the beautiful grounds to the rooms themselves. Staff are fantastic and the units are gorgeous. I very highly recommend.

Room was in good condition, however the room stunk like curry. I think the curtains need washing to get rid of smell. Overall it was good.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location! Only let down was the internet is dreadful.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Executive Apartment on level 1, Unit 21. This has been renovated and furnished beautifully, with attention to detail. The view over the gardens and palms made us feel extremely relaxed. The garden and pool area is well maintained and perfect for the family, a really nice Queensland vibe.

Mari Court is an older property, but it is well maintained, and the location is fantastic. The staff are absolutely lovely as well. I'd definitely return. Great pool/BBQ area for family. 😊😊

The location is quite good, assuming you have a car. It's convenient to get anywhere. The apartment is self-service, so no one will disturb your room. You can cook and swim, and it's easy to drive to all destinations.

The hotel is excellent, the location is fantastic, and the neighborhood is fantastic. However, in the last two days, renovations started next door, so it was impossible to sleep after 9 a.m. The walls were shaking. This should have been mentioned beforehand and a 50% discount offered.

The place was good with all the amenities provided. Although things like milk and tissues papers were chargeable once the provided supply finished. So better to buy the things if planning to stay for more than couple of days. Also, there is no housekeeping, it's charged if you order one. It's like an Air BNB with the service apartment setup.

Fully self-service. The soundproofing is not good and you will be unable to sleep because of the noise of other rooms washing clothes. The pot is in bad condition and cannot be used

Nice and spacious. Good for family. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus!

Everything is fine, there is a nice girl at the reception who helped and answered all the questions, the furniture in the room is old, but it is not a problem, all the equipment worked, the pool and jacuzzi are super, we had a good rest) thanks to the hotel, we would come back to it again.

Beach views, close to restaurants, tram and shops. Bed very comfy in our room, kitchen dated and crockery all an mis match but still catered to our needs. Receptionist was very friendly and we were lucky enough to get an early check in at 10.20am.

The first row of sea view has a very good view, and the location is the biggest advantage. However, the room equipment is too basic and there are too few sockets. There is no bedside lamp or bedside table in the second bedroom. Half of the wardrobe is locked to store housekeeping cleaning supplies. In winter, I really need quilts but only have sheets and blankets. I can only bring a coat to keep warm...

Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Beach is just a 2min walk. Managers George and Stacey are very friendly and accomodating. Unit was modern, clean and very comfortable. Great pool and hot spa. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Chidori Court. Perfect location close to beach, restaurants and tram into Surfers and Southport. The unit was clean with lots of natural light. Comfy bed and pillows. The manager was friendly and helpful with supplying information about what to do and restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back for sure!

We had a brilliant stay at Chidori court. We booked 5 units for a group of 5 families with young kids. It’s such a brilliant set up for kids and the perfect location. 2 min walk to Tedder ave and 2 mins to a patrolled beach. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved the low rise building so that we could be together while also having our own space.

The overall property was nice and intial communication was good and the location is great. However our particular apartment was very dated and not clean. Blankets were old and screwed up in cupboards not even folded. There were lollies on the floor in the lounge room and the blinds and fans were extremely dusty.
