Pagoda Resort & Spa in Perth

I have been here on several occasions and while not amazing, it was always pleasant in surroundings, service and meals. Today however, was the last time I will be going here after the way we were treated. My daughter and I ordered our fillet steaks medium rare but they arrived in front of us cold and medium to medium well. I advised the "manager/owner?" and he took the plates away only to bring them back 2 minutes later to inform us that they WERE medium rare and plopped our plates onto the table. By now our meals are freezing but as we were with my elderly mother we didn't want to make a scene so, begrudgingly ate our over-cooked steaks which were tough to boot. I then noticed my Mum was struggling to eat her stuffed chicken breast so we both tried what she was served. It was so dry it was almost powdery and her polenta cake was hard and unpalatable. By now I am furious and the manager has decided not to come near us so we paid the bill and left. I am not one to complain and I have never written a poor review about any restaurant but the way we were treated by this man was totally out of line. If you like your meals hot and your steak cooked to order, best leave this place off your list.

Avoid at all costs.
The location is the only thing going for it. The service is horrible, food is pre-made, frozen then presented the next day. Go anywhere else.

Very much a hotel restaurant. The food was very simplistic and bland.
