Wasn’t appealing environment to me. Room is extremely small and looks old to me. Only plus point is very near to airport hence facilitate short travel in wee hours for our flight.

Arrived 00:30, this hotel provide free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, all u have to do is call them by trip.com, every time i call, they always answer ur call even though you are in the middle of the night, got no problem at check in, and while find the room is not hard, since i read the review before that is hard to find, but for us, it is very easy.

The room type is like a bungalow, so instead of the room, u get the whole house for you. ( i booked family room)

The breakfast is only for 2 persons so i share my breakfast with my child.
The system u got to choose the menu that they offered u, and they will bring it to you. The portion is good to fulfill your morning, the breakfast also come up with coffee and orange juice and water.

I didn’t take the picture, overall this hotel is clean ( that whats matter), not bad for stay one night, u also get free small penfold red wine, 2 water bottles, 1 chips, and 2 small cadbury chocolate.

The only reason I cannot give this Hotel and it's service a 99% rating is that there are no hooks in the bathroom area, with which to hang your clothes when using the bathroom facility. Otherwise, the service and airport shuttle bus is tops.

Super basic room which is partly refurbished. A comfortable night stay for a night before an early flight.

We found the information around free pickup from the airport very difficult to find - so we ended up having to take a taxi to the property which was not ideal. On check in they informed us that would have needed to phone the property to be collected with no pre-booking needed.

Hotel itself is dated compared to others. But proximity wise to airport is great. Staff are fantastic from shuttle service to reception!
Checking in process was quick and professional.
