Nice and comfortable place for families , thank u so much for the room upgrade. The unit was very nice and i think newly renovated , well equiped with kitchen n cooking utensils. Very spacious with big living room and a balcony. Cleaness of the bed can be improve as i got itchy during bedtime. Overall it was a wonderful stay

The room was big but the kitchen utensils were not cleaned properly. The washing machine was amazing but very noisy. Staff were also forgetful at times so we were waiting around for room cleaning for a while

This was the longest I've stayed at a single hotel. Previously, I was switching hotels every day and it was exhausting. I stayed here for 3 nights, but the hotel service really fell short. We were there for several days and no one ever came to clean our room, etc. It felt like we were forgotten! We were supposed to get milk every day, but even after asking for it, we didn't receive any.

The room and living area are quite spacious. It has a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, but no laundry detergent or dish soap is provided. There are kitchen knives, but they're too dull to cut meat; it took two calls to find one that worked. No seasonings are provided either.

There's no particular smell in the room, and the living room has a door leading to the balcony, but there's no cross-ventilation. The windows in the room can't be opened. There are three air conditioners but only one remote that works for all functions; the other remote can only turn them off, not on 😮💨 The hallway outside the elevator is stuffy and filled with a strong insecticide-like scent. You really have to hold your breath every time you walk through it 👃

The Mantra on Hey st is good but I believe overpriced for the views and location. I paid a higher than the market price to stay and the view from my balcony was only looking at other balcony’s on internal building.

We were so lucky to have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff member who upgraded our room. The space was huge and very comfortable. It's a shame we only stayed one night. There's also delicious breakfast and Korean BBQ nearby!

Everything was good and we got free upgrade for our room, which is we thankful for that. The one that made us disappointed is the cleaning service went in to our room around 9am and i was half naked in the toilet with the door opened and my husband was in the other room preparing to check out. My husband ran straight away to the front door to see who opened the door. The cleaning service only said sorry and she were thinking we are already check out. I have no idea if it is normal, but it made us feel unsafe. It means they might can just go in to our room when we were not in there.

First of all the price is good. Lost and found services is reliable and work well but response is slow. Staff is kind and understand for early arriving customers. Cleanliness is above average but calcium around tap is not treated. Stay is pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Appauling service! We were the first group to walk in and everyone who arrived after us received their meals. We didn't. We had little kids with us so ordered almost immediately after getting the menus. Half an hr later we were told there was a problem with our order. This was we couldn't order more kids meals than the actual number of kids at the table. I specifically asked the waitress if we could do so initially and she said that we could....only to be told we couldn't. Then we waited another 20 mins after rectifying the order and could see people who arrived after us, leave after eating their meals. Kids were getting over it at this point so we left. Chef was extremely arrogant and rude. Would definitely not recommend this place.

An amazing gastronomic masterpiece experienced on a Scoopon - some of the best food in Perth. Would recommend to all. I had Whitebait entree - divine. Hubby had Fig, prosciutto and mac and cheese bite entree - exquisite balance of tastes. I had barramundi main - outstanding - the green papaya & tamarind sauce absolutely perfect. Hubby had the Moroccan spiced lamb meatballs with pasta - exceptional. Both had the macadamia & date tart - heavenly. Grab a bite - it's absolutely worth it!!

Atmosphere is nice with modern style tables, I ordered two of the small dishes plus smashed potatoes as side. Size is not really small, I left part of the food. They should specify it better.
Food was great, tasty and well presented, but too much vinegar in the salad!
What I found horrible was the service, nobody in the room when I entered the restaurant, I had to go ask.
They serve water one glass at the time, I had to ask multiple times to refill because I was thirsty, just give me a bottle! Waiter was not professional at all, he wanted to serve the second round when I was still eating, never filled the water and nobody took out my dishes when I finished, I waited at least 15 minutes before going in the other room and pay pissed off by the unprofessional team (restaurant was quite empty!)
3.0 only because of the food, but I will never go back again.
