We were blown away by this hotel. Originally chosen due to the short transfer from Innsbruck airport to get to the slopes at Stubai Glacier. We’ve been in the area 3 times before, this time was our first holiday as a family of 3. Our little boy enjoyed every single second. The hotel and staff were great and very friendly. Nothing else you could ask for during Our active stay in Stubaital. But don’t get fooled, even if you are not feeling sporty, you still will have a wonderful time. Food is amazing, Saunas are premium and the view from pools second to none. Outdoor pool could get a bit too crowded sometimes, but nothing critical. Also, there are 2 EV chargers. Yes. This property is out of this world. The staff are amazing, the food is excellent, the rooms are remodeled beautifully. We staied 7 nights in Biohotel Rasbichlof in the winter time and we know for sure that we want to come back. We had an extraordinary experience here. I have travelled across many countries however I have never seen a more beautiful view than the one we had from our rooms! The food and drinks are excellent as well. They also provide you the stubai card which you can use to enjoy public transport as well as the cable cars to all the glaciers in the area.

Wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the food delicious, and the location perfect — right across from the bus station, supermarket, and main square. Stephen, Helga, and their professional staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home.

Great location and size. We are family of 6 - 2 x adults, 4 x kids aged 8 to 13. Bus to Stubai Glacier within 50 to 100m. Ski Rental next door convenient and friendly service. Plenty of space for everyone.

Matthias has hosted our ski team two years in a row now, they are incredibly accommodating and serve a great breakfast at a time that we need to get to the glacier. We look forward to coming back next October!
