Hotel Stubaierhof in Neustift

This is a fantastic hotel that myself and my family have been coming to for years. It’s immaculate, the food is fantastic and the spa is incredible. Staff members speak a variety of languages including English and Austrian German, they’re extremely helpful whenever you have any queries. The hotel is also close to bus stops where you can get transport to the Glacier or Schlick 2000 easily. I love this hotel and always look forward to my stay each year. I can’t wait to return in 2027.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in order to spend two days skiing. From the very first minutes, we felt a pleasant atmosphere and a high level of service. While we were being checked in, we were invited to sit in the restaurant and offered a welcome drink — a very nice start to our stay. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making you feel truly at home. The room was quite spacious and featured a separate walk-in wardrobe, which was especially convenient for ski clothing and equipment. We had half board and never regretted it. The Christmas breakfast on 24.12 was outstanding: a wide variety of cheeses and meats, Bavarian sausages, yogurts, eggs, prosecco, and much more. All the products were of very high quality and delicious. On the other days, breakfast was a bit more modest, and we missed hot dishes, especially sausages. After returning from skiing, it was very pleasant to enjoy a tasty soup and a large selection of cakes. In the evening, starting from 6:30 pm, dinner was served at the level of a very good restaurant, with a wide variety of dishes. The main course had to be selected in the morning. The ski rental is located in the neighboring building, right next to the hotel. There is also a bus stop nearby, with buses running every 15 minutes to the ski lift. The journey takes about 20–25 minutes. Finally, we would like to say a few words about the excellent spa area. There is a sauna complex where, according to the rules, swimwear is not allowed and guests enter wearing a towel. The spa also offers a selection of different teas and drinks, as well as apples and cookies. There is a large indoor pool and a wonderful heated outdoor pool, as well as a “family” sauna where swimwear is allowed, just like in the pools. It is also worth mentioning the dedicated room for drying ski equipment. In addition, the hotel has a children’s playroom, and the restaurant offers a separate children’s menu, which makes the stay especially comfortable for families. This hotel truly offers a high level of service, is very comfortable, and is definitely worth the money. We would love to return again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice wellness hotel with alpine and cozy atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and the location at Neustift im Stubaital is perfect for skiing at the glacier as well as for hiking and walking around in summer. The Spa area is great with a number of different saunas and heated swimming pool. The several course dinner menu is amazing and can be definitely labelled towards fine-dining experience.

Great accommodation, very friendly and efficient staff in a central location

We’ve been in the area 3 times before, this time was our first holiday as a family of 3. Our little boy enjoyed every single second. The hotel and staff were great and very friendly. Very good location, with an amazing spa and great food. Everting was perfect and will hope to come back soon. The restaurant has even a play room for kids if they want to go while the adults can enjoy their meal.

I spent 7 nights here with my husband and 2 kids aged 3 and 10 years. This was our first white Christmas and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Honestly I can't rave about this experience enough. Our room was brilliant, kids were lucky enough to be in separate beds, we had space and comfort. The facilities in the indoor/ outdoor pool were brilliant! So family friendly. We also had a half board which included breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. This was the best decision we could have made for the week as life was so easy for us first-time skiers in Christmas week with two kids. Aside from convenience the food was incredible from start to finish. Also the kids playroom was brilliant for my 3 year old!! However what made the trip was the brilliant staff and team. They were kind, considerate and so helpful. We loved every conversation and we will never forget them. My only regret was not staying long enough!

First class facilities both indoor and outdoor at the hotel. First class food served in a timely manner by friendly staff. We had a lovely room with a good bed and mattress. When the outside temperature dropped the heating system responded superbly. We enjoyed a good package which included access to the valley lifts, some local amenities and the valley transport.

very nice welcoming and staff. we had dinner for 3 nights and everytimes meal was tasty and good. we had a standard room which was bit too small but in general well equipped and comfortable however, we were unsatisfied by the bathroom, too small. the SPA is uniquely intersting because of the pools and the garden, sauna is not nice
