Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was very good, and we really enjoyed the pool and wellness area. Snack meal after returning from skiing was very nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing else you could ask for during Our active stay in Stubaital. But don’t get fooled, even if you are not feeling sporty, you still will have a wonderful time. Food is amazing, Saunas are premium and the view from pools second to none. Outdoor pool could get a bit too crowded sometimes, but nothing critical. Also, there are 2 EV chargers. Yes. We will be back. Third time.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations - from the exquisite dinner to the delightful breaktast and the fantastic wellness facilities. The location is also superb. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay here. The hotel and spa facilities where exceptional. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of hikes surrounding the valley. The choice of food was also great and they prioritise local fresh produce.

This property is out of this world. The staff are amazing, the food is excellent, the rooms are remodeled beautifully. The views are unreal, the spa is so relaxing and it’s right next to the center of town. The E-bikes were a lot of fun. Technically we’ve extended our stay two nights so we are still here.

Excellent hotel in a great location with access via the free bus and lifts to lots of walking within a short drive of Innsbruck. Spotlessly clean , and welcoming staff and owners. Food was also good although vegetarians have a tougher time with choice but that seems to be our experience of Austria generally. We would definitely recommend this hotel and its location and facilities.

Superb hotel where everything is done for rest. All the staff are charming and available. The half board is quality...the breakfast is very generous... The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The relaxation area is just incredible...2 heated swimming pools...sauna...rest area... Ski and nature lovers will find in this hotel the perfect place to regain strength.

3 days to enjoy... there's not much to say about the hotel... simply TOP... but much more and more important is the staff/team... SENSATIONAL... we are away regularly and like to spend a few days there... and you just want to enjoy yourself... we were able to do that there in every respect. The service, the friendliness, it just couldn't be better. Great!

I spent a week with my partner and my 16-year-old son at the Activehotel Bergkönig. The welcome was very friendly, as was all the staff during our stay, whether it was reception, service or cleaning staff. The food was always excellent, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and beautifully presented and of high quality with egg dishes made to order. The snacks were outstanding, especially the Sunday snack. You could also tap your own drinks. Dinner consisted of a lovely salad buffet, a starter, a soup, main course and dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and very tasty. You can choose from 3 menus, one of which is vegetarian, and we also offer an alternative menu every day. The whole hotel was impressive in terms of cleanliness, wherever you looked, it was always sparkling clean. The spa is spacious, the highlight is definitely the outdoor pool, which could perhaps be 1-2 degrees warmer, otherwise beautiful with changing lighting. The saunas are lovely and spacious. I particularly liked the Finnish outdoor sauna. What I particularly appreciated as a smoker was that there was no obligatory round red ashtray on the wall like in other hotels, but that there was a nice smoking area outside with a table and towel, a bench with cushions, so that you felt welcome as a smoker, which is no longer a given these days. Possible suggestions for improvement: Nowadays it would be desirable to offer an option to charge an electric car (also for a fee), which could be used without additional special cables (high voltage connection). I find it inappropriate that people linger at the snack buffet in their bathrobes and not worthy of a four-star hotel.
