Hotel Römerhof in Obertauern

5/5! We had an amazing time here during our 4 day stay. All the staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and starts at 7.30am - perfect timing for us to hit the slopes by 9! The adult-only spa was a big highlight of our stay and we went there every day. It's truly ski in-ski out and the ski room lockers were much appreciated.

The only issue we had was when we first arrived, there was nowhere to park infront of the hotel as it was full of cars and you need your key card to enter the underground garage. Also the elevator entrance from the carpark up to reception is actually through a door at the extreme end (not the one signed elevator). We didn't know and ended up lugging our 20kg suitcases up the stairs to the reception. Other than that our stay was perfect!

This was my first experience in this hotel and I must tell you that this was the best hotel in Austria that I’ve ever been. Clean and nice rooms, wellness was amazing and the location is the best for skiing or hiking. Very much recommend. Love you all. ❤️😇

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent memory. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure we had a great stay. It’s still a family-owned and run hotel and you can feel it.

The food is so good! The servers and chefs were very accommodating for my partner’s many allergies.

Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The location is perfect - ski in, ski out with rentals right next to the hotel.

The spa is a little dated, but huge with everything you could want - 3 saunas, steam, hot tub, large pool.

Best Hotel, we are here the 3rd year in a row and we love it. Best food, best located and super spa area. Highly recommended!!

We stayed for one week and this was best hotel we stayed! Room was big and as per booking. Staff are polite and helpful!

Every we come back here to spend a few days - every year it gets better. The owner does spend on the Hotel every year, so it is always on the top. Very nice rooms, the best breakfast and very nice people. Welness is also a great treat, the massage is professional. Perfect location, a real ski out-ski in Hotel.
