We traveled to edelweiss with our 7months old daughter and we loved it. It was her first journey abroad. The stuff was helpful and creating warm and friendly atmosphere. Hotel seems to be new (or recently renovated) and provides the boutique hotel vibes for the most demanding. Ski lift near the hotel is another great plus. The pool on the last floor has perfect view and lots of space for intimate rest and relax. Food was great. The only thing that I would slightly improve would be bigger amount of vegetables at the breakfast.

Our 12th holiday at the Edelweiss which is in a superb location, has a modern yet traditional Alpine feel, comfortable and well appointed rooms, a lovely pool and spa, great food and excellent service from the staff. Our only bugbear, being fans of good music, is the background music, which often consists of excruciating cover versions, however this is a minor point, we will be back!

Amazing hotel with beautiful location close to all slopes and easy aces to everything that you need. Everything in hotel is beautiful but there is one thing which stands out from everything how good is it and that’s food. Food was that great that we even asked to meet chef personally. He is as good a cook as he is a man, in one word brilliant. Probably the best quality and tastiest food I have ever tried in my life. Food is what brings people back , that's why I've been going there with my family for three years now. Best possible recommendation!

Edelweiss rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for your clothes, which is very helpful when you have all that skiing kit. The pool area is excellent with a nice sauna and a massage room next door but this is enhanced by the basement nature area which has a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxing room and is always clean. You dont have to go Au Naturale but you are certainly allowed to. The staff are almost all universally friendly and wonderfully helpful. The food is excellent and the option of afternoon tiffin is such a great idea when coming in from the slopes or a long walk. All in all a 5 star hotel in every way

Terrible establishment . DO NOT USE Booked this place through ******* . Took money from my account immediately when the booking was pay at property . Said they would refund it and then didn’t . Have had 9 days run around from them and still not got any sense out them . Terrible service for a supposedly good hotel

Lovely hotel, great rooms, great facilities. Super clean! Perfect location in Hinterglemm, for both summer and winter. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast. Ticked all the boxes for us

This was our fourth stay here, which certainly speaks for itself. As in previous years, we had a wonderful holiday here. Spacious room, quiet, clean. Comfortable beds. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent food, wide selection. There are many ways to spend your free time in the area, which is made even more enjoyable by the Joker Card, which allows you to use the local cable cars for free.

Excellent hotel. The room was excellent and the whole decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The spa on 4th floor was excellent too but would have been nice to have steam room too ( I do appreciate however there is one in basement without clothing). The food was lovely - lovely salad buffet and great soups and deserts. Main courses in the main were excellent - disappointing a couple of nights. The afternoon snacks were excellent. Only a couple of things letting it down from a 5 star review to 4 star. A couple of the waiting staff were not very hospitable and verging on rude. The price of wine was really off-putting - I'd say an average of €60 for a bottle of wine and €7.50 for a 125ml glass. Most nights we were not asked to sign for our drinks and definitely a question mark over our final drinks bill. We barely drank in the hotel due to the costs but we're charged around €200. I would return without question despite some of the negatives.

Edelweiss is a very beautiful hotel, nicely renovated, the rooms are just perfect. And so are the pool and wellness, very well done! The experiences with the staff varied; from friendly and very helpful (waiters!) to some a bit stoic and reserved at hotel-desk. Breakfast was superb! Dinner varied in quality, from absolute dessert joy and treats of meat to not so good sushi and fish. Glutenfree dinner was sometimes challenging, at some point a plate of polenta was presented as dinner. It would have been nice to know up front from the hotel desk that we could ask for glutenfree possibilities with kitchen staff directly, we now learned along the way that kitchen staff was flexible and could make good effort on the glutenfree part, glutenfree kaiserschmarnn was a treat! So communication from hotel desk(with rest of staff?) would be my point of attention. A special mention of the housekeeping staff; we saw them mopping the floors a lot, since the snowboots were bringing a lot of snow, the amount of effort that is put into the cleanliness is commendable, respect! A big thank you to all the staff for a great week at Edelweiss!

Rooms were clean, beds good, the people at the reception were very friendly and helpful, breakfast and diner really tasty and well presented. Good variety. The hotel is very well situated for skiing and apres skiing. Personal in the bar was unfortunately not very friendly nor flexibel.
