Great hotel for the price, location is the best, near to the ski slopes and to the center. Food is self serving, good food and they are organized well so there are no long queues. Rooms are very clean.

We had to cancel our reservation because our son suddenly got sick. Even tho we canceled, the hotel had charged us the full price of the stay. On booking it said they would give us back half the price we payed.

My wife and I checked in Monday night July 7th and checked out Wednesday July 9th.
At first our stay did not start out well because the TV wasn't working in 401. Fannie did an excellent job and gave us another room in 305 (our 3rd room). The TV wasn't working either. The next day the maintenance technician figured out the problem and repaired all the TVs that were not working in the upper level of the hotel.
During checkout I mentioned my frustration and Herr Peter was very understanding and gave us a discount for the troubles.
Because of his professionalism I highly recommend JUFA hotel.
I like how Herr Peter spoke kindly and handled my stress with care.

What is important,, JUFA hotel is very clean, organized and has a wonderful lobby for the children, outdoor seating, and a nice restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located right in the center of town. .
We will come back 🤗👍

We stayed in the hotel to enjoy the Schladming ski slopes and it perfectly matched our expectations. The hotel is very close to Planai cable car (2-3 minutes walking) so perfect also for children. We were very nicely surprised by the quality and taste of the food, which was excellent. Hotel also has a kids corner which is directly part of the cafe/bar so very convenient. All in all, I can only recommend this hotel.

The location and arrival at the hotel were without any problems. Check-in and the start of the accommodation process were quick and easy, thanks to the friendly staff. The food was good and the service was attentive. The hotel had a large ski room with a ski boot dryer. The location to the Planai ski lift was excellent, within 5 minutes walk. I really appreciate the children's corner and playroom where children can have a great time and have a long time of fun. Check out from the hotel went smoothly with quick issuance of documents and wishes for a safe journey. Overall, I rate my stay at this hotel as good, but there were also some interesting things that could be improved, for example: I was surprised by the blocked TV in the rooms, which I couldn't connect a USB to so I could watch what I needed. I was very surprised by the huge amount of dust between the mattress and the bed frame. It is absolutely inappropriate to have moldy walls in rooms. I was very surprised how someone could set up a table for eight people and place seating behind the table top in a way that made it impossible to sit there because the table frame wouldn't allow it. This should definitely not happen.

Nice and friendly hotel close to ski slopes. Room was clean and large enough for family of three. Breakfast and dinner were very good and variety of food to choose was sufficient for everyone I believe. Overall we evaluate the hotel as very good and if going back to Schladming we would choose the same hotel.

Lovely hotel, we found the staff friendly and helpful, especially the dining room staff. It was nice that there was a games room for teenagers to use, so us parents could have a little break. The food was good, as a vegetarian there was always something for me to have, maybe if there was a pasta too, there would be another vegetarian choice to have, but I certainly didn't go without. Our children are a bit fussy with food, but they always found something to eat and breakfasts were really good. Bar prices were reasonable, rooms were spacious and the area was lovely. I think people need to realise that it's a relaxed hotel, you can't get everything instantly, bar staff take time to chat a little with customers, not robotically serve, but I liked that about the place. I'm hoping we can get to visit again sometime, thanks for a great stay!
