Charming hotel in a traditional Tyrolean style allows you to enjoy the majestic Alps all year round. It offers comfortable accommodation, excellent Spa, to combine leisure and relaxation, and local delicacies.
Location: in the city of Seefeld, 25 km from Innsbruck airport, 166 km from Munich airport, Salzburg and Friedrichshafen - 200 km, 400 m from the ski lift.
Consists of a 4 storey building.
Only 75 rooms.
Surcharges:
- A fixed additional charge for tourist tax per person per day.
- Attention! Saturday is the main day of arrival/departure to most hotels in ski resorts. In this regard, the rate for the duration is not equal to 7 and 14 nights, and the ability to confirm the rooms with arrivals/departures, other than a Saturday, require additional perepodchinenie upon booking for all hotels, published online in the status "on request".

Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

Children from 9 years old to 14 years old stay for € 91 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. - WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

We stayed at Das Hotel Eden for 5 days and had a genuinely wonderful experience from start to finish. The biggest highlight was the staff — warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful in every interaction. A special mention to the manager, who clearly sets the tone: professional, present, and truly committed to making guests feel looked after.
Our room had stunning views, and it was one of those places where you actually look forward to returning each day just to sit, breathe, and take it all in.
The spa and swimming pool are a real standout — beautifully maintained, relaxing, and clearly loved by guests. It never felt chaotic; just calm, restorative, and exceptionally well run.
What made the stay feel extra special were the little touches: delicious cookies waiting at reception, and housekeeping staff who were not only efficient but also friendly, always smiling, and genuinely kind.
If you’re looking for a hotel that combines comfort, views, a fantastic wellness facility, and service that feels heartfelt, Das Hotel Eden delivers. We’d happily return.

We stayed at Das Hotel Eden for 3 nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had a fantastic stay. Great hotel, good food and really lovely staff. We hope to return next year.

Bad experience at reception and lack of respect for the booking
I booked the hotel through Booking.com for €330, and upon arrival, I was shocked when the receptionist asked for €1,200, even writing down the cost per person on a piece of paper as if she were selling tickets to an amusement park! When I asked her to verify the booking number, another staff member came and said the price was €360, with an apology. I clarified that the total price was €330 and that they should double-check.
After about half an hour of waiting and what seemed like a deliberate delay, the same receptionist returned and sarcastically said, “Yes, we found your booking now,” with a cold and dry apology. This receptionist’s behavior was unprofessional and far from the level of customer service a guest should expect. The experience was disappointing and left a very negative impression of the hotel.

Lovely place to stay. Beautiful balcony views across the Austrian Alps. Staff are very friendly, polite, professional and always ready to help. Breakfast is very good, excellent chef cooked a tasty mushroom and pepper omelette. Seefeld is a beautiful town, plenty of places to eat, drink and relax.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. It is very clean, the Breakfast and view is super. Would book it again. A 5-minute walk tuten from the HBF. Unfortunately, the Spa area is only open until 19:00 and the rooms were overheated in Winter.

Great rooms with a fantastic view, storage for your ski and boards, good dinner and cute breakfast, but the table we got was just awful for that price. We were right next to the kitchen, it was so loud that we almost couldn't talk to eachother and it just felt like a really cheap location even if the food was good the surroundings couldn't be worse. Would still go again but definitely on another table..

Spent a week here. Very friendly staff, lovely room, huge breakfast choices & dinner was amazing. Sauna & pool facilities exceptional. Would definitely stay here again. Seefeld is a beautiful place!

Honestly speaking I don't know why it's a 4 star hotel...the whole experience is definitely 5 star. The hospitality is great,all hotel staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Ypu can ski and sled from the door directly. The food is great. Dinner is gourgeoud, breakfast is great. The fish last night was even better than seafood restaurants. Spa is awesome too. Everything is beyond perfect.

Fabulous hotel in the best location in Seefeld at the top of the slopes above the town. Rooms have large balconies with stunning views. Go all inclusive and enjoy the exquisite food and service multiple times a day. You'll need to ski for many hours to burn it all off. Pool and spa are amazing. Wish I could afford to go more often!
