Seeing the bar tender pet a dog not once but twice and NOT wash their hands ever in between is just simply disgusting and revolting!
The guy literally petted a dog and went straight behind the bar and grabbed a cloth and started drying of glasses he then went to the kitchen to grab the food and served it, in the meantime a co-worked came and picked up the cloth he had been using and continued drying of glasses. Makes you wonder if this person also doesn't wash their hands after a bathroom visit.
Our room should have been nothing short of amazing with a private sauna and fire place but someone (most likely previous guests) put so much of the lemongrass essential oils on the sauna stone that the one time that we turned it on the whole room smelled like a chemical toilet, the hotel did try to clean the sauna when we reported the issue but it didn't do much.
The public sauna space at the hotel is awesome, properly hot 95C Finish sauna and an ice pool, just perfect no complaints there.
PS. For any Americans reading this, the sauna area is a strict no clothing space just so you know.
Only minor shortcomings, e.g., the availability of the bar service or the gym which did not really worsen the stay.

We booked the penthouse suite with a terrace, sauna, and jacuzzi, and it was truly exceptional. The spa facilities, including the sauna and jacuzzi, offered stunning views of the mountains, making the experience even more relaxing and luxurious. The massage was fantastic, adding to the overall sense of relaxation and comfort.
The modern design of the hotel, combined with the breathtaking mountain views, created an unforgettable atmosphere.
We will definitely return to this hotel and hope to visit many more times in the future!
