Superb Aduts Only hotel in Leutasch Valley which in winter is magical! The hotel has been modernised and offers excellent accommodation, exquisite Michelin star dinners and superb health facilities. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and charming and they make you feel special. But the cherry on the cake is having a swim in the top floor heated outdoor pool, surrounded by mountains covered in snow!

Fabulous hotel with extremely comfortable rooms, a wonderful rooftop pool and sauna and a basement spa. The food and service are excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 100yds to the nearest XC ski trail and 200 to the nearest bus stop. Good ski storage and free use of the hotel toboggans!

Just returned after a wonderful week at the Hotel Kristall. The staff we lovely, the food delicious and the roof top infinitely pool, with its amazing view was brilliant. We will be back next year and stay for longer.

A fantastic hotel, was well looked after & facilities were great, especially enjoyed the Infinity pool. Choice of food for all the meals, with breakfast being a help yourself well stocked buffet. All members of staff were extremely pleasant & myself & friends were well looked after

This is our 4th visit to this lovely hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are comfortable and the food amazing. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

Very upscale with gourmet meals. Owner very involved, with impeccable service and easy to speak in English. If you lean toward a more casual environment, not sure this hotel is the right fit.

We stayed two nights here on an Inn INNTravel walking holiday. The location was good but we didn't feel this hotel was up to their usual standard. Firstly it's used almost exclusively by German speaking guests and most staff (except Reception) couldn't manage even simple English so it was hard to ask for drinks or menu choices. Secondly we had a room facing North East tucked in a corner which was quite dark when the sun was beautiful from the south. To be fair we could see the mountains. Our table in the restaurant was situated so my husband's chair stuck out where people walked past all the time. Having said that, The food was fine, the room was clean, the service was quick and the infinity pool is worth using with an incredible mountain backdrop.

Had a lovely 5 night stay with our adult children. It’s quite a big hotel but as everyone is out and about each day it didn’t feel too crowded. Roof pool gorgeous and would have loved an evening swim. Hope hotel considers keeping it open later than 7, maybe? Food was a real highlight. Can highly recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent adults only hotel, we stayed for a week in August 24, we wish we had booked for longer. The staff are all very helpful and nothing is a problem, Breakfast had a excellent choice, afternoon tea was great, we especially enjoyed dinner. Just on the doorstep of walking routes, we had E-bikes from the hotel and they recommended a really excellent guide (Harry) We are planning to go back earlier next year.

Contemporary designed and tastefully decorated. The spa facilities here are excellent with the infinity pool commanding a beautiful panoramic view . Saunas and dampfbad are heated well. Robes and towels are provided to use. Rooms are very clean, spacious and with sufficient storage including a small wardrobe. Ziplinked large double and comfortable. Balcony with sufficient space to sit. Ours overlooked the road and road noise was not an issue. Breakfast- superb selection of juices, best I've ever encountered. Good selection of cheese, fish, meats, salad etc. Bread as always in Austria is so good. Afternoon snacks a good selection of salads. The tray baked chocolate cake was excellent! Dinner - very busy yet the team handled it all well and calmly albeit there were some errors with drinks and menu selection. Good quality. Wine list very good. Naturally a sound selection of Austrian wines, never to be underestimated. All staff encountered were friendly and professional. Richard on reception was especially cherry and welcoming. Would return.
