Loved the stay! The room was big, super clean, and had a great view. The breakfast spot was really nice too. Totally recommend!

We arrived at the hotel at 9:00PM and were met with an extremely unprofessional check-in process. The receptionist did not ask for our passports, confirm our booking, or explain what room we had. Instead, she simply handed us keys and told us to “come tomorrow for check-in.”
When we went to the room, we found other guests already staying there. I had to return to reception, where I encountered an aggressive staff member who spoke disrespectfully. He eventually gave us another set of keys, which—fortunately—were for our actual room.
Additionally, your advertisement stated that the room includes a sofa bed suitable for 2 adults. This is misleading and should be corrected immediately, as the sofa bed does not match the description provided.
This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I request an explanation for the poor service, confirmation that your listing will be updated to reflect the truth, and an appropriate form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Add this alao day after i wanted to complain to manager and ge started to argue and chasing us in parking that why we we asked for explanation

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say is that the location is convenient.
For the high price, I expected at least some basic services and amenities. No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival—we were told to carry everything ourselves. The room had no complimentary drinking water, no clothes iron, and not even a basic water boiler and they said that they don't have it in the hotel , which was quite disappointing!!
Overall, it felt like we were paying a premium rate for a budget experience. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it unless location is your only concern.

The view is amazing, the room is spacious and very cozy and comfortable, yet not so new but give you a taste of Tyrolian life style.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vitalhotel Kaiserhof, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was seamless, and I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
The room was spotless, beautifully designed with an outstanding view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's restaurant. The food was exquisite, offering delicious dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, featuring a wide selection of options to suit all tastes.
Lastly, the facilities were top-notch. Whether it was the swimming pool, spa, or sauna, everything was well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hotel Kaiserhof in Telfs. Despite having a prepaid and confirmed reservation, I arrived to find the hotel overbooked. I was sent to a neighboring hotel, which was not informed that we were a party of four. This resulted in my daughter having to sleep on the floor because there were no proper sleeping arrangements. When I approached the reception at Kaiserhof about this issue, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of ownership. The staff flat-out told me it wasn't their problem to solve and that I needed to deal with it on my own. The unprofessionalism and indifference were astonishing. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had at any hotel. The lack of care for their guests, combined with the dismissive and rude attitude of the staff, made this stay a catastrophe. I cannot recommend staying at Hotel Kaiserhof and would advise others to avoid it at all costs. Stay elsewhere where guests are valued and treated with respect.

Very warm welcome from the hosts, easy parking, nice decor and Alpine atmosphere in the hotel, great views over the valley from the balcony, friendly restaurant with good food, excellent wellness area - especially the sauna with panoramic mountain views, good quality breakfast, short walk/drive to Seefeld, sledging on the field outside the hotel

We were very much looking forward to our holiday at the Vitalhotel Kaiserhof. Our friends who have already stayed at this hotel have only good things to say. Now the Robert Koch Institute has declared Tyrol a risk zone, and, unfortunately, our vacation will not take place. The lady from the hotel was very friendly on the phone and told us that free cancellation would not be a problem. We are very grateful!

Super place, reasonable prices, next to a slope for beginner skiers, a ski pass is sold not far (at the foot) and you can rent ski equipment (on the main street). Great spa. Excellent breakfast, good parking. Friendly staff. Great view from the room
