Super nice hotel right at the bottom train station. Top service is still very important here. Besides the hotel, Hiasl is also worth recommending. We look forward to staying here again and again.

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area.
Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants.
Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train).
Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too.
In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

This is a family owned business. They are very welcoming. We had an amazing experience . They give free summer pass which let us use the cable cars and the parks. Great for children and families. The food was exceptional, especially the dinners. Very convienient location.
I was planning to go there this half term, but unfortunately they are not open until the 10/6/16.

Personel was a little impersonal, but the food was okay, the dry room was good, and the rooms were nice.

Insanely warm rooms and it isn’t possible to regulate the temperature in your own room. So you have to open the windows to cool down the bedroom. That will lead tho sleepless nights because of the noise outside on the street. The beds were old and not comfortable. First three nights we had a cold shower and the employees didn’t do anything about it. After three nights they found out what it was and didn’t even said sorry for anything. Nice! 3 days no shower....
We have been in Serfaus for 10 yrs now and wanted to try an other hotel after many years the same one. It will definitely never be Gabriëla again.

Outside they have a little place to eat somthing. Over there they advertise with a "vegetarian hot dog". What do you get? A freaking hotdog bun with salad, tomatoes and cumcumber. No hotdog whatsoever. Then just call it a salad bun or whatever.
