This was a great hotel, my son and I enjoyed our stay. Very nice for kids with wonderful staff caring for them at kids club. Skiing couldn’t be closer, that was great. Food was also delicious

We have just returned from a great trip to Kinder and Gletscherhotel where we stayed for a week as 2 families. It was a lovely family run place ideally located near the ski lift & close to bus stops linking to larger ski areas. The hotel team were kind enough to arrange a guide in another resort for us. Ski hire is close to the hotel & effortless.We had an excellent experience with local children's ski school. The bedrooms are large with ample storage & excellent housekeeping. We did not use the kids club but our children enjoyed the playroom and playground. Attention to detail was everywhere with little touches like steps in the bedrooms & Kurt napkins left at children's place settings. It would have been nice to have access to 24/7 self service tea/coffee machines.

A high-quality hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. However, my stay was truly ruined by the unbearable noise. Groups of teenagers and children left to their own devices constantly slammed doors, shouted on the balconies, and left the terrace doors of the rooms slammed shut when they weren't there or all night long. Apparently, no one manages these groups, and it's the hotel guests who suffer! Choose between a children's daycare or a hotel for guests who come to have a good time! They need to be grouped together in a separate building, and above all, there needs to be someone responsible for supervising these groups of children! Thank you.

Great accommodations! Beautiful scenery, great food and a welcoming atmosphere. The Kofler family provides a world class experience. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the valley.

I spent a week with my family and it was a fantastic time. Everything is great; hotel, location, things to do if you are a kid or an adult and the staff is super friendly. I could not mention one thing to be changed; there are plenty of things to do in the hotel premises or nearby, in summer, winter, rainy or sunny day. It is definelty a place designed for families and a place to return.
