We have just returned after a wonderful week at this hotel. It’s cosy, clean, with incredibly gentle and helpful staff. The family that owns the hotel works as front of house, serving wine and heading up the kitchen. The food was outstanding, probably the best we ever had on a ski holiday. Great location with only one bus stop from one of the main gondolas. Big boot room, relaxing spa, and a big bar with lots of fun games for the children. Just lovely.

Exceptional luxury for the price. Best trained / professional service staff that I have seen in a small hotel in a long time. Easy slope access. Restaurant - a few of the dishes seemed to be reaching / excessively creative, which some in our party loved while others would have appreciated more common comfort food. The schnapps wagon was a hit. Spa was 10 out of 10.

Excellent hotel. Such a fantastic location with stunning views. Food is great, I was really impressed with the friendly service. Perfect for your hiking or skiing holiday or even just relaxing at the spa. Can only recommend and can’t wait to go back.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at as a family during a winter holiday. The food is exceptionally delicious and carefully selected, giving you the feeling of dining in a Michelin-star restaurant. Breakfast is plentiful and offers everything you need. The afternoon "snack" is actually a proper lunch after skiing, while dinner is a unique experience – from flavors and presentation to the impeccable service of the waitstaff.

Some rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but this does not take away from the overall experience. The spa center is clean and pleasant. A special highlight of this hotel is the owners, who actively work alongside the staff, creating a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return!

Skiing on the glacier is a unique experience, with wide and spacious slopes. We stayed with our two-year-old child, and there were enough activities for little ones, maybe not at the very top, but certainly in the surrounding areas.

An excellent hotel to spend some days. Very close to the Hintertux glacier, well served by buses to the glacier and to the other station. Spa is beautiful, breakfast and dinner very rich and the service is quick. Our rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful. Nice bar, sauna area is good as well as the swimming pool. The room was large as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is very good as well as the "jausse" and dinner. For children there is a buffet dinner!

I found it very inconvenient that the boss was shouting at the employees in front of the guests. I think it is quite unprofessional. On the other hand, the kind waitress who spoke several languages made our experince a lot better.
