We had a wonderful stay at the hotel during our Christmas ski vacation. The rooms were cozy and spotless, with beautiful views that made every morning feel special. The staff went out of their way to make the holiday atmosphere warm and festive, and the location was perfect for quick access to the slopes. It’s the kind of place you leave already thinking about your next visit.

Working in tourism myself I often stay in hotels but coming to Hotel Pinzger is always a homecoming. They knew I was coming, was being welcomed with a smile and interest, so the human factor is warm and welcoming and very much service minded. The room I stayed was so beautiful, clean and very well designed. Excellent Spa facilities, coming from Iceland I am used to a high standard in these but the ones in Hotel Pinzger beat them, such a nice way to end a day at the slopes. A day that started at the very healthy breakfast buffet:-).

the hotel itself was great. location is just perfect - in the middle of valley with easy access of any of directions.
rooms nice and clean. all the facilities perfect made for the guests. we found everything what we need for nice ski trip. small but cosy wellness area was nice and useful after long ski days. the food was good enough for the price paid. good variety for breakfest.
the only thing that requires improvement is the staff - the waiters keep talking to us in German language for the hole week even if they know we don't understand. people at reception was always busy and not much helpful.

We are very pleased with our stay at the Pinzger hotel.

Spacious and comfortable room, daily cleaning. Large comfortable bathroom. Beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains.
The selected breakfast and dinner option worked out very well. Varied and very tasty dishes, great job by the Chef.
Fantastic service, helpful and smiling every day.
I highly recommend!

Poor staff behavior and no interest in customer satisfaction. I’m sharing my experience at the Café Bar Lounge City, which is part of Hotel Pinzger. I visited with my son and a friend to play snooker or table football. The snooker table was out of order—one ball was missing, and the staff claimed they didn’t have the key to fix it. We were also told not to play anyway because the table was blocking the view of a skiing competition, which we accepted. We then tried to play table football, but it required exchanging money. After waiting over 15 minutes for a slow-moving staff member, with no eye contact, to process just three customer payments, I was told to "wait a second" and the staff member walked away to watch the skiing competition. When I asked how much longer I had to wait, I was told, "If you don’t like it here, you can leave." When I expressed my frustration, she simply responded, "Go, go away." This all happened in front of the manager, who did nothing.
The next day, I returned to discuss the situation to avoid writing something here. The manager, with a bitter-looking face, insisted I speak German (which I did), then dismissed my concerns, implying I had made everything up. He showed no interest in apologizing or even clarifying the issue. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. Avoid this place and spend your money where staff behavior and customer satisfaction truly matter. This bar clearly does not fit 2025 customer treatment standards.

great place to stay. Excellent location, just 7 km short drive to the ski lift and walking distance from another lift. Beatifull village. Best Junior Suite, lots of space and view to the mountains. very comfortable for 4 people , even has a small kitchennete. Good breakfast. Parking right behind the hotel.
