Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Vienna, but a bit noisy because of nearby bars and clubs. Room is small but clean.

Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Wish I would have known about the nearby nightclub that stayed open to 4A or neighboring restaurant - room was not soundproof.

Excellent location in the center close to everything, on a nice quiet street, historic hotel, friendly and professional staff, impeccable cleanliness, very nice breakfast room, quadruple room of adequate size.

Perfect location for exploring Vienna, close to public transport options.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room had everything I needed, very comfy bed. Shower cubicle quite small but good power to it.

Great location—close to town center—very clean, nice people, and an okay breakfast bar. My complaint was that it was much more of a budget option than I expected from the photos. The single rooms are very small and basic—only a twin bed pushed up against the wall. And the walls were so thin I could easily hear normal-level conversations in the rooms on either side of me. Not the most comfortable stay.

The location was good as it was close to the main tourist spots, supermarkets and train stations. The only thing that bothered me was the strange smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is located in the center, 4-6 minutes from the metro station and within walking distance of the attractions. The room is clean. The only thing missing was a tea set (teapot, mugs and tea bags, coffee) and a bottle of drinking water

Hotel is in the center but still a quiet street. Staff is wonderful. They went to great length to explain intricacies of parking in Vienna. Hotel is a walking distance from museums and churches.
A two blocks from hotel is Danube with a bunch of bars, restaurants. Everything was packed there until midnight.
