Nice cozy high service hotel! The staff were welcoming helping arrange everything we want. Room was exactly like in the photos, they added another sofa comfort bed (we were 3), good quality of bathroom products. Who gave this hotel 4 stars? The room doesn't even qualify for 3 stars – a tiny closet with a bed that takes up the entire room, and a very small sink right at the head of the bed (!) The shower is the same size as a closet – barely room for one person. Plus, the soundproofing is poor – you can hear everything going on in the hallway and at reception (our room was right next to it). Drinking water...

The hotel was exceptional start to finish. Great room and amenities. Awesome breakfast. Well stocked mini bar. Very quiet and private but close to everything. The staff was also very good and helpful. They have an afternoon happy hour. We didn’t make that bit will next time.

Very beautiful old building with elegant furniture. Close to the city hall, district court and the university. Refrigerator is in the room. Although the reception is not open for 24 hours, explanation will be given for late entrance and early check-out.

The guy at the front desk was really welcoming, but the room was terrible. It wasn't soundproof and only had a fan, which was incredibly loud. Choose carefully.

We had a bad experience. The hotel was very old. The breakfast start time was not respected. It was supposed to open at 7:00 a.m., but we were allowed in at 8:30 a.m. The staff was unsympathetic; luckily, we only stayed for two days. I do not recommend it at all.

Simple hotel perfect for a cheap getaway. Located right next to a tram stop which is ideal for getting into the city, also able to walk to a few good locations from the hotel. Just be careful as the lift is currently not working so it is two flights of stairs up incase this affects you. Otherwise very clean bathroom and loads of space for storing clothes in bedroom

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center. It is not too far from the main attractions in the city and there are not many shops nearby. The room was nice and very comfortable when the windows were opened.
