The location was excellent, making travel very easy, which was a major plus. The room was clean, and it made for a comfortable hotel stay.

When we checked in on Sat, the 2nd floor room allocated to us had a missing toilet door knob and a choked drainage pipe. Water from the shower could not drain and overflowed onto the bathroom area. Great location, very convenient for getting around. Many of Vienna's main attractions, including the Musikverein, Belvedere Palace, and Vienna State Opera, are all within walking distance. The hotel itself has a lovely ambiance, and the breakfast is excellent.

She also gave recommendations on what to do and where to eat etc which was very helpful, as I probably wouldn’t have asked and would have been stuck for food ideas. Rooms assigned to Chinese guests are generally not great. I specifically asked not to be put in a corner room at the end of the hall, but that's exactly what I got. Check-in was entirely self-service. The cafe next to the hotel's elevator lobby is nice and only a three-minute walk away. The Belvedere Palace is very close, about a five-minute walk. Schönbrunn Palace is around a 20-minute taxi ride.

I got the impression that it's an old hotel. It was a bit challenging to adjust the shower temperature, and the hairdryer would stop working after about two minutes of use. However, it's pretty convenient as it only takes about 20 minutes by tram to get to the city center, which was a plus. Having a supermarket right in front of the hotel was also great.
