Really bad check in experience. We informed the hotel that we will check in at night. They arranged a self check in for us, but there is a gate at the building and there is no way to get in without the keycard.

The room was very nice and clean. It was spacious and had a kettle and coffee maker; a refrigerator would have been perfect. The location is great, on a pedestrian street full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, etc. You can walk to all the places of interest, and the metro is right outside.

Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. The hotel has a great location, with tram and subway stations nearby. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The air conditioner was broken, but it didn't affect anything. The bathroom was also large and clean.

The hotel is an 8-10 minute walk from the MRT station, and there are also trams nearby, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is also very quiet. There's a Pizzaaire downstairs, and guests get a 15% discount on pizza (you must order pizza to get the discount!). The rooms are large and clean, and they replenish capsule coffee daily. Highly recommended!

This was an exceptional hotel. The place was spotless and the service was great. Probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in….. they even vacuumed under the bed… which is usually a good tell how clean a room really is. The in-room Wi-Fi was a bit weak, which was inconvenient. However, the nearby Billa supermarket was very convenient and I used it often during my stay. The location is excellent, with direct train access to both Schönbrunn and Karlsplatz, making it perfect for sightseeing. Lunch on the rooftop terrace was delightful. Overall, aside from the Wi-Fi, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Great hotel just outside the city centre zone but very near one of Vienna's main shopping street's Mariahilferstrasse which has a metro station and Vienna West train station for train's to Salzburg and beyond is just a short walk away. Vienna is a wonderful city and I hope to return sometime and I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is centrally located, and parking is available for 35 euros per night. Breakfast is good, but you have to be careful with what you eat because I found glass in my yogurt. The staff didn't seem to care, and that's what really bothers me. No one even apologized.

Due to Christmas holiday and Winter vacation period, we paid a rate of USD 202 per night (which is super expensive).
