I really loved the location of the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I slept wonderfully the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and even though I’m a light sleeper, I rested perfectly. Everything was just wonderful. It was easy to get there and easy to access. I will definitely come back!

Nice room comfy bed, only staff seen was a cleaner, no access to the kitchen to make food, communication only via online, there was a cracked edge on the sink which if not seen is dangerous.
No smoking or vaping policy which is good to see but seeing the cleaner vaping is something to question. Maid service for 2 days was not done.

I spent four days there. The code for entry arrived the day before and it was easy to get in. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Location was the best - easy access by metro and walking distance to cultural sites and museums.

I had a wonderful stay! The self check-in process was smooth and convenient. The room was impressively large, very clean, and incredibly spacious — perfect for a comfortable stay. The bathroom had bright, pleasant lighting, and there was a large wardrobe with plenty of space to store all my belongings. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I felt very happy and relaxed throughout my stay. The location in the center of Vienna was also perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay, close to the City Hall and a short walk away from other popular places. Rooms are cosy, but lack natural daylight, a slight fire hazard as the windows are sealed shut which also makes the rooms very warm.
Self check in was a quite stressful as the code wasn't sent to us when it was supposed to be but with the help of booking we got the code thankfully, as we had travelled quite far to stay.
Would be nice if the room had a fridge to store drinks, and some utensils to eat food when ordering a delivery.

There is a friendly grandpa who is very nice to us. In terms of living condition, I suppose it is comfortable.

near to thecentre, medium price (we stayed there for 3 days for 158€ / 2 persons), you can get there by the U1(to karlsplatz) and U2(schottentor) from the railwaystation , the taxi costs a lot (22€)

Kind staff, Nice and clean small rooms, great location. The WiFi was extremely slow though.
