Although the service is unfriendly, the breakfast and the room are good.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, and some things were not working properly during my stay. The room did not feel very clean or comfortable, and it definitely did not match the expectations based on the photos.
The service was just average at best. Staff were not rude, but they were not very helpful or attentive either, and responses to requests were slow.
Overall, the hotel needs serious improvement in both facilities and service. I would not choose to stay here again unless there are major upgrades.

The room was okay, but the service was terrible; we had to wait 45 minutes at reception, and nobody was reachable.

The counter employee was unfriendly; we arrived at 10 PM and check-in was at 11 PM, and he didn't want to do it anymore.

We reserved a large bed, and they put two single beds together!!!
The breakfast was very bad, the worst I've ever seen; there's almost no variety of food or even a croissant!!

Quick check-in, they helped with my luggage. Excellent breakfast. Everything was perfect at this hotel. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro, a Billa grocery store is nearby, and restaurants are just steps away.

It was a very nice experience. The rooms were vintage but very big. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. I stayed with my three girlfriends and we left very happy🩷 The breakfast was also adequate for European standards🤩
