The reception was very friendly, which was great. I stayed here because the city center of Vienna was expensive, but it's within walking distance of the station and has good access. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is quite new. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly.

The stay was fine. The breakfast was ok though there could have been a wider hot selection as it was just various egg options. The room we stayed in was in need of an update but it was functional and the bed was comfortable. Free parking was a bonus. Bus stop nearby and S-bahn train only 15 mins walk away. Staff were helpful.

Quiet and comfortable, like a small villa, with parking space, and the breakfast is too simple!

The location and free parking were great, but the address and accommodation signs weren't clearly visible, making it difficult to find.

My stay was excellent! Since day one I was received very good. It is a nice place to stay during your trip to Viena. The public transportation is very close to the hotel, so that is nice

The hotel website states they have a restaurant and bar/deli neither of which is true. This is not acceptable and must contravene allowed descriptors. I only booked this hotel, which is an hour from the city centre, for the restaurant. As a solo woman traveller I specifically wanted an on-site restaurant.
They do have a vending machine with 1 can of stew which I had to buy as I didn’t have anything to eat for dinner. I tried twice, payment accepted but no stew! So I had no dinner that evening. Incredibly disappointed. Jane Evans
