I stayed at a hotel where the room they showed on Booking was completely different from the one they gave me. The room I got was terrible—every step made the floor creak loudly! They claimed breakfast was included in the room price, but in the morning, the reception demanded €21 per person for breakfast in this outdated, run-down 3-star hotel. The bed was old and uncomfortable, and the woman working the morning shift was extremely unfriendly!

Had a big party and service was horrible. Waited up to an hour for a bottle of wine. And we are quite sure that we paid too much (or that not everything ordered was brought).

As a Romanian, I might say that the location is very similar to what the Transylvanian Germand used to live like. so if you look after a sort of vintage style, it is perfect. we liked the hotel and the restaurant as well. the breakfast is full of everything you need( from the pictures we thought it doesnt have variety, but it does!👍)

A typical Viennese Heuriger. Well accessible by public transportation, enough space in the shady garden, away from the street noises. Very spacious, also inside. Did not see the hotel but the common areas downstairs look very appealing!

Absolutetly great and nice place. Delicious food, great atmosphere and very friendly crew. You may also meet local musicias playing local songs 😃😃😃

Lovely authentic Viennese place to stay with live music every night in the cozy wine terrace! A great Viennese experience!

Nice old restaurant. Food is heavy and good. Price is reasonable and the staff is friendly. In summer you can sit outdoors. Indoors the smoker and non smoker area is separated with a large open door witch reduces the separation to absurdity but hey, Austrian laws. ;)
