The hotel is in a very central location, the heating works extremely well, and daily room cleaning is much appreciated. From this perspective, it was a very pleasant accommodation experience.However, during check-in, our interaction unfortunately started on a negative note when the blonde lady at the reception scolded us for pronouncing our surname in our own language — even though we spelled it out to help her understand — claiming that we were saying our own surname incorrectly. We also found it difficult to understand why, while showing us to our room, she insisted on having us repeat what she had said to check whether we understood her.We would kindly suggest that she enjoy a glass of Glühwein or chamomile tea from the nearby Christmas market to help communicate more comfortably with tourists.

The location is by far the best advantage of this hotel. The combination of a hotel and a pension is strange, not exactly what I expected from a four-star facility.

They took my money and never returned it. Be careful, make sure of all the details, otherwise, unfortunately, you won't be able to change anything.

Staff was very friendly and responsive, and LOVED that we were able to check in early (especially since we landed at 8am after a very long flight). Location was very cool.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Corvinus with our children. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of parks, exciting museums, and family-friendly restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet — something we really appreciated with young children. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and did their best to make sure the whole family felt welcome. All in all, a great base for a family holiday in Vienna — we would happily return!

I loved staying here, it's a bit old school but I found it charming. Plenty of space, it's peaceful, the bed was very comfy and I have a bath and a nice view of intriguing rooftops. The three boys I met on reception - Chris, and the man with glasses - with super friendly and had a good energy, which I don't always expect in Austria (no offence). It was clean and the location was great and the price felt right.

The personal is amazing, they are all super helpful and super friendly :)
The hotel is very well located, the station is not far away at all!
However, the walls of my room were very thin, I could hear exactly what my neighbours were doing (taking showers, going to the loo, washing their hands). Luckily I had my earplugs!
Apart from this, the room was very clean, a bit old fashioned but very clean.
I would recommend!
