Would highly recommend. It’s really great and the Lady at the reception was kind enough to give us an early check-in. The room itself is great and good amenities and close to the bus stop as well.

This stay was a complete surprise. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff's smiles and sincere "Welcome home" made me feel incredibly warm. The room was even more spacious and bright than it looked in the pictures, and the bedding was so soft I didn't want to get out of bed; I slept soundly until I naturally woke up.

The room was quite large, and slippers and toiletries were provided, which was not like other European hotels. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of fruit, but the shower water might be cold if you take a shower too late at night.

The service was friendly, the views, facilities, and transportation were all good, the food was good value, the soundproofing was good, and the amenities were average. It's a good choice for budget-friendly accommodations!

The bathroom sink is poorly designed, so it's easy for spray to get onto the countertop and then onto the floor.

The sanitation was ok, but the hotel shown in the Ctrip photos was very different from the actual hotel. The hotel was not in the same condition as the photos, and the photos were very misleading. I hope things like this don't happen again.

The Eurostar Hotel in Vienna is very clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is rich, and there is a bus at the door, making travel very convenient. recommend!

The room is quite large with good facilities, including a refrigerator. The service is very considerate and provides cups for three people, toothbrushes, razors and other toiletries. There are also some cakes and fruits for guests to eat for free in the lobby on the first floor.
