Breakfast was a joke, but better than nothing. They seem to have less options after 8 am.

Loved the sauna. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Would definitely stay here again, but not pay for breakfast.
Next to several transportation options. Next two grocery places.

I really don’t like their pillows. Is totally flat like a piece of paper. I don’t understand why they can let their guests uses such pillows. Should change to some proper pillows.

Very spacious and clean room equipped with a lot of amenities. Everything is well maintained. The only complain is I do not seem to find CCTV in the fitness room (which located in the basement), so I’m a bit reluctant to use it.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mercure Raphael Wien and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Westbahnhof train station and right across from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street, making it easy to explore Vienna by foot or public transport.

The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a spacious bathroom. Soundproofing was decent, so I slept well despite the central location.

What stood out most was the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. They were always willing to assist with directions, recommendations, and even helped me arrange airport transport.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the location was convenient (Subway and Tram near) although you had to walk about 6-7 mins. The hotel room was big enough and the bed very comfortable.

We stayed in room 302, and while the room was nice, the toilet smelled terrible. I had reserved a double bed, but the hotel gave me two single beds that they simply combined and called a double bed.

The room service was disgusting because they did not change the towels; bring your own towel, and they only provided tap water. The staff were unhelpful.

We stayed for three nights and had a terrible experience.

We will never come again.
