I stayed in an 8-bed mixed dorm and unfortunately had a very confusing experience.

I arrived around 9pm and used the self check-in to access the room. When I entered, I discovered that someone was already sleeping in the bed that was assigned to me. When I politely told him that it was my bed, he said that in this hostel people can just sleep anywhere.

This made no sense to me because every bed clearly had a number. If guests are allowed to choose beds freely, then assigning bed numbers seems completely pointless and only causes confusion.

Another issue was cleanliness. Several beds looked like they had already been used, and the sheets and blankets did not appear freshly changed. Even in a dormitory, clean bedding should be provided for each new guest.

The room layout was also different from what I expected. It was supposed to have bunk beds, but there were only two bunk beds while the rest were single beds, which made the situation even more chaotic as some guests had already taken multiple spaces.

My friend and I went to reception to explain the situation, but we were simply told that people can sleep anywhere. This was quite disappointing, as there seemed to be no system or management of the dorm.

Fortunately, the staff eventually gave us another room, which we appreciated. However, the dorm management and cleanliness definitely need improvement.

Very disappointing experience – dirty room and poor service

The room was in a terrible state when I checked in. The trash from the previous guest was still there, and the shower room hadn't been cleaned at all—there was hair and debris everywhere. To make matters worse, there were no towels or tissues provided. When I asked the reception staff if someone could at least collect the trash, they looked annoyed and refused, saying no cleaners were available. I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional attitude of the staff.

Very very dirty room and smell and very bad attitude stuff and not professional and when I said to change the room he said not our business very crazy and check in in night at 10.30 PM after negotiation with no reason take care about that hostel and also dust every where in room
