Breakfast was terrific, had a wide range of options available. The location is also very convenient, not quite in the centre of the city but several restaurants and a train station within a few hundred metres

The room was very spacious and super clean. Staff was great and accommodating. Outstanding Hotel would stay there again for sure.

The environment is quiet, the room is clean and beautiful, very close to the subway station, the service is good, coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, and the Western breakfast is also delicious

Hotel Schani Salon was a great choice for our trip. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around Vienna

Super clean and comfortable with the best location

Due to a last-minute change in my travel plans, I suddenly needed to find a place to stay for one night. I unexpectedly stumbled upon a business hotel with excellent value for money

The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many attractions easily accessible. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

The car rental place was directly across from the hotel, which was incredibly handy! The room didn't have a kettle, but the staff provided one when asked. The bed was a bit soft but comfortable to sleep in

The room was larger than I expected, and there was plenty of space for three people without feeling cramped. We could even spread out our luggage, which is a huge plus for long-term travel

The hotel's location is actually quite convenient, not far from the subway station, which is very practical for travelers who need to continue their journey the next day

We stayed 3 nights to visit Vienna and were pleasantly surpised how incredible this hotel was. Friendly staff and spacious suites, nicely decorated. Breakfast is not available onsite, but a short taxi / train ride away

The hotel has a great location, with tram and subway stations nearby. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The air conditioner was broken, but it didn't affect anything. The bathroom was also large and clean.

Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room

There's a Pizzaaire downstairs, and guests get a 15% discount on pizza (you must order pizza to get the discount!). The rooms are large and clean, and they replenish capsule coffee daily

We also had the opportunity to have dinner at the Zazatam Restaurant right in the hotel; it was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommended for couples

My girlfriend and I spent three nights at the Zola Hotel. The room was very nice and quiet. The location is fantastic! We were in the Old Town in just four subway stops

The one disturbing thing is sound isolation of the bathroom - the noise of the water and toilet especially at night or even late evening bothered everybody with whom I shared the room - so accoustic was super load and noisy

It is in good location and very economical but the amenities are really basic ! They invested more in design than the rooms

The room was clean and bright. It has all the necessary and all worked properpy. The breakfast was good, it offers a large variety of foods. The staff was the best. They were always kind and smiling and ready to help.

The room was good, at least if you need it for couple of days which can be a better option than a hostel also affordable, the room was not as clean as it can be as-well as toilets, in terms of noise it was quite loud when people were passing in the hall it felt like the door is open and you hear them perfectly

Amazing staff. Very good breakfast. Room 107 was quiet, warm, cleaned every day, great atmosphere and the location was perfect for us.

The hotel information should have provided instructions for the heat (which was more than sufficient). They use radiators (covered by the window curtains) and there is a tial and error period to get it just right

The breakfast was okay - better than some but not as good as others we've been to. Staff were very professional and responsive. Beds were super comfortable (pillows were okay). Definitely deserving of their 3 stars

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the Christmas Markets were a short walk. Good buffet breakfast.

The room was spotless, the breakfast was brilliant and all the staff were pleasant and helpful. 5 mins from the underground, 10 mins from the main Christmas market and about 20 mins to walk into the central shopping area

While many hotels only have showers, being able to soak in a bathtub is a major plus. The front desk staff were also very friendly and polite, which gave me a sense of security

there was no mention that you have to pay extra for wifi in the room, otherwise you could only use the wifi at the bar. which was kinda slow

Huge spider inside the room. The shower room drains very slowly. Complimentary water jug is not refilled during the stay. Otherwise, good location for transportation.

Room 306 was a corner room and very spacias!! I have been to this hotel several times before. Housekeeping used to be better. Still is one of the top hotels on Vienna. Staff is friendly and location is great.

Best thing with the hotel is the location. It is clean enough but a bit outdated. The feeling is not much of a full 4star. There are limited toiletries in the room. Small mini bar with limited choice

The hotel is currently going through some construction which we weren’t made aware of until closer to our stay. We did not find it at all disruptive to our stay (no noise etc) but just a thing to be aware of

Also, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning but does not run during fall and winter months. It got a bit stuffy but you can open the windows so it wasn’t bad in the cooler fall temperature

My review of Hotel Austria Very central to everything. That is most everything to see within walking distance

The three boys I met on reception - Chris, and the man with glasses - with super friendly and had a good energy, which I don't always expect in Austria (no offence)

The location is by far the best advantage of this hotel. The combination of a hotel and a pension is strange, not exactly what I expected from a four-star facility.

The personal is amazing, they are all super helpful and super friendly :) The hotel is very well located, the station is not far away at all! However, the walls of my room were very thin, I could hear exactly what my neighbours were doing (taking showers, going to the loo, washing their hands)

I stayed here for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The design of the hotel is modern and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of sweet and savoury options.

The Naschmarkt is just around the corner and is a must see for wonderful food. There’s also lots of grocery stores right around but the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen, so keep that in mind

We really loved the history and decor at this hotel. Staff were both friendly and helpful, when needed. Lots of breakfast choices, a decent restaurant on site and a very short walk to the subway/bus/tram station

There is an omelet station where you can order your eggs and they will prepare it for you. Reception is unfortunately not open all the time, so beware if you need something random late at night

My stay was unfortunately not very comfortable. The water pressure was quite low, the soap dispenser was empty, and the internet was unreliable. The heating was turned off during the night, which made the room cold

For such a low price this hotel is even better than you can dream! Big bathroom, many towels, wi-fi, excellent restaurant nearby etc. There is SPAR supermarket in few minutes

The location is a bit far from center but if you use the trains then it's fine. Didn't figure how to use the TV, it doesn't have any working internet or channels

Parking was a little confusing (you need to reserve it ahead of time if you need it), but we used a nearby parking garage for an affordable rate, and used the public transit the whole time we were in Vienna
