Cute hotel , very friendly staff, excellent breakfast

CLOSE TO MY OFFICE AND WALKING DISTANCE TO MOST SIGHTS. RECEPTION AND SERVICE ARE EXCELLENT.

Convenient transportation and good environment

We enjoyed our stay ,staff were friendly and happy to help, breakfast was enjoyable with good variety. Our only negative comment was that the shower could have a had a anti-slip mat.

It’s very close to the convention center—just two stops by train or about a 15-minute walk. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind, and the breakfast was great.

Hotel centrally located. Breakfast okay.

There are also restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the hotel's shampoo isn't very good; my hair felt strange and didn't seem clean after washing. I recommend bringing your own, along with your own slippers

The room is not very big but for the budget, it is acceptable to me. What impresses me the most is the service of the receptionist as they seems to be trained to be very polite and helpful to every clarification.

Although it is in an alley, I feel that Shanghai is very tasteful, and the room feels quite exquisite. The food is very good, especially the breakfast, and the service attitude is also very good

Excellent service from the greeting at reception to dealing with requests nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms extremely clean and comfortable if maybe a little small.

Both the hotel and room were nice and clean. The location was within walkable distance to major attractions; 10 min to opera house, 20 min to St Stephen’s. The breakfast was good but not spoiled with choices

The location is very good and close to the metro station with less than 5-min walk. It also locates in the main street where a lot of shops and restaurants are located. The buffet breakfast is nice as well.

The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the beer and delicious pizza at the hotel’s restaurant, a definite highlight! There’s also a nice pool, though unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it

The closest metro station is about a 5-7 minutes walk. It is predominantly a residential area but there are some good and cheap eateries near the metro station

Clean rooms, good hotel, well communicated to tram and metro. It is far from city centre but well connected.

There is also a sauna next to the pool, but I didn't have time to experience it. The breakfast was also good, the only thing I felt was that the bed was a little soft and the room was a little old, but it was clean

I went back again before my flight home! As expected, the hotel staff were very friendly and the facilities were excellent, so it was very comfortable! Also, for dinner and lunch, I ate at the restaurant in the hotel, and the desserts and pizza were very delicious!

I like this hotel. Although it is a bit far from the city, the breakfast is not that rich, and there is no drinking water. The room and stay experience are very good. It is still very good and recommended!

A nice location hotel. roomsize good. friendly staff. just it got really cold in the middle of night.So I woke up and put on more clothes then slept again.

My room was on the 7th floor and on the west side. I could open the big window, and the view was so good. It was such a refreshing room

The location of the hotel was good. Although the front desk staff can be kind of grumpy and not assisting with us when our room was so stuffy. However, overall a good stay.

However, there are no air conditioners, so if you don’t handle heat well, I wouldn’t recommend it

The hotel is not far from the center, the metro is 800 meters away, there are restaurants, McDonald's, sandwich shops etc. The room is very comfortable, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind and multilingual

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within walking distance from the Parliament, the Town Hall, the Opera, St. Approximately 30 minutes walk to the Town Hall

The room was like a doghouse, only as wide as the bed, so you could only get in from behind. The sides were black and greasy from the previous occupants. The bathroom was fine, and so was the breakfast

Notice the shower and toilet have transparent walls that open the room, directly into bed :) a Wonderful view of the square and the Cathedral, excellent bar and restaurant. About the restaurant I will write separately

I have stayed at many hotels as a frequent traveler. This is the best hotel I've stayed at. Service, location, room, restaurant, and more were excellent.

Great location Location is the best, especially as we only had 1 night stay. Rooms not too pretty but larger than most so that’s a bonus, good size bathroom

I'm really not a big breakfast fan, but they offered anything from custom omelettes, cheese/meat platters, bread baskets and so much more. The check in is on the 5th floor which is a little weird

All was excellent and we had a wonderful view BUT the lighting in the room wasn’t good for putting on makeup and the clothes storage area was too small and we kept everything in our suitcases. Service was excellent

The room fully corresponds to the description and photo, all plumbing and electronics are in working order. Breakfast was somewhat monotonous, but restaurant had a separate table with New Year's treats

Breakfast was a joke, but better than nothing. They seem to have less options after 8 am. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again, but not pay for breakfast

We booked a suite for 4 people and it was very comfortable and spacious. The best part is that it is very close to the subway entrance, which makes transportation very convenient

The gate looks ordinary, with the feeling of a small hotel, but the bed in the room is good, with a small balcony, and the breakfast is very rich, especially the fruit, which makes people feel happy

It's on Praterstrasse and very central. There's a car park at the back of the hotel, but we didn't use it, so I don't know its status. From what I saw, there were spaces for 10-12 cars. It's very close to the center

The hotel facilities are good, and there are hairdryers available. The location is also good, with convenient access to public transportation.

The room was clean, and there's a restaurant and bar on the first floor. Overall, it was a good place. It's very close to the Vienna Ferris Wheel.

There's a tram stop and supermarket right outside, and the nearest subway station is a 10-minute walk. The environment is rather compact, fitting the stereotypical European style

The location of this property is ideal if you don’t mind taking a 30 minute walk to the main attractions like St. Stephen Cathedral and the main shopping area

The staff service was great, I did not have the breakfast but the other guest seem to enjoy as it was full every morning

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another

The deposit is excellent, in the very center. There is underground parking (19 € / day). Nice number 2 rooms, for 4 hours super. Breakfast is satisfactory, average.

In addition, because it is located in a residential area, there are many good and cheap restaurants nearby, and there are also supermarkets for shopping

It was our third stay at the Harmonie Hotel and it was as amazing as we remembered it! The welcoming and caring staff, the beautiful and spotless clean rooms, its place in the quiet Harmoniegasse but near the D tram stop for quick access to the city centre

Breakfast at the hotel is nothing short of amazing. If you'd like, you can eat outside, even though the dining room is charming if you're inside. During the afternoon, they serve tea with cookies in the lobby

Possibly the quietest hotel I have stayed in, absolutely no street noise of other guest noise. Nice large spacious room and large bathroom too.All made for a pleasant stay.

All recommendations! The apartment is very spacious, warm, perfectly clean and well maintained, and the staff are excellent as well. The metro is a 3-minute walk away with great connections to all major attractions

I would particularly like to highlight the Fiaker goulash and the goulash soup (served in a bread crust), a real treat even for gourmets! During opening hours there seems to be hot food all day, and on our second visit in the afternoon (less busy) the food was again excellent

Unfortunately we were not hotel guests, but from what we saw of the hotel we would have loved to check in there. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, but is unfortunately quite loud when it's full

But that didn't spoil our good mood, because we not only got very good food, but also friendly service. A reservation is recommended, word has apparently got around about how good it is here

Good design, especially the public area, the sitting room is a good place to take a warm tea rest after whole day's walking. Good service, every one are considerate and friendly

The breakfast is good, simple but high quality with fresh fruit and fromage. The facility in room seems not so good, one of the light of washroom is not working

an approach that made our stay worth remembering! The entire stuff was very friendly and no doubt they all make the experience count due to their stance towards the client which makes the visitor feel comfortable from the very first moment

Our room was stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a wonderfully comfortable bed and the added luxury of a bath — a real treat after long days exploring the city. Breakfast each morning was superb

The hotel is old and has poor soundproofing. I could hear people walking outside the door and upstairs. Breakfast is quite rich and satisfying. The rest is just a good location. It’s not far from the Parliament Building

Nice hotel that’s very well appointed and comfortable. Great value for a single room for 100  Euros. Location is a bit out of the way, though still very walkable to the old town where most tourist sites are located

The hotel unilaterally cancelled my booking and, to get rid of me, lied and said they could replace me with a pretty good hotel. In reality, it was a poorly rated hotel, far inferior to my current one

Clean, spacious and warm. It was the warmest accommodation in Europe. It was also a huge plus that water was provided free of charge. Breakfast was not necessary. It was a good location for going to downtown Vienna.

The best receptionist I've ever met. It was a senior receptionist. He was too kind. I'll remember the hotel because of him. We had a luxury room. Everything was perfectly clean. All recommendations.

The water pressure in the shower was good, and hot water always came out. Cleaning was done every day, and water was replenished every day. The staff were also friendly and helpful

Good hotel with clean rooms with daily linen change. There is no air conditioning but at night, despite the morning temperatures of 36°, you sleep with a duvet

The bathroom is clean, spacious, with a shower cabin and towels are provided. All in all, the only thing that could be a little missing in the summer months would be air conditioning and a fridge

The room was classic with one double bed, 4 single beds and a cot for a child, a small LCD TV on the wall, a coffee table and a closet. The room is relatively large and has plenty of light
