The hotel staff were very nice, the breakfast was plentiful, and there was afternoon tea and coffee on the second floor

The room is a bit old, the soundproofing is not good, and the breakfast is average, but the front desk service is very good, and there is a fitness center with good facilities

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the tram and subway stations. Although amenities are minimal, the room is spacious and comfortable, making it a good value for money stay.

The only downside is the hotel don't provide free water, will need to get bottled water from supermarket or drink the tap. Other than this, the rest is satisfactory. The cleaner will make the room everyday which is good

Great location. You can go to a lot of tourist attractions just by foot. No air conditioner in the room is the only problem. It's fine in other seasons, but you should think twice when booking for summer.

Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather

We didn’t add the (very expensive) breakfast. The roof was clean and adequate but very cramped. The shower is a giant open glass box in the middle of the room and it was quite a hike to our room

The “self checkin” is a pain in the butt and when I wrote ahead for some advice on getting there from the airport got a canned answer that they don’t offer that service- absolutely not what I asked

The restaurant and bar offer 24-hour tea and coffee, and you can also borrow a kettle from your room. Breakfast features local cuisine. The rooms, restaurant, and hallways are all beautifully decorated

Location is conveniently located to the city hall and Voltive Church. Not so convenient if you are taking the hop on hop off buss via the Vienna pass. If transit, than it is a very convenient location

They offer you a free glass of wine per guest if you stay for more than 2 nights. Unlimited water and coffee from the coffee machine bar. Room is very spacious and big

Breakfast was on the pricier side and did not have much to offer. Mostly cold dishes and cold bread. They do market it as locally sourced food from local farmers

If I visited Vienna again, I would choose the same hotel. Very clean with nice decoration. Many restaurants plus supermarkets around. You can go everywhere on foot

The hotel has an excellent restaurant, the interior is magnificent. Also, it is worth noting that it rained during our vacation and at the reception we were given two convenient umbrellas

It is a little far from the subway station, so it is not particularly convenient to carry a suitcase, but it is acceptable considering the price and the proximity to Schönbrunn Palace

We stayed a week at this hotel, we liked everything. The sauna and fitness room were included in the price, it was always clean. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked

There are some restaurants and small shops downstairs and nearby, but they are basically closed on Sundays, so you need to plan your Sunday arrangements in advance

This is not a luxury hotel, but the price vs quality relationship is good. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to the tube station and the Schönbrunn palace

The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was big as well. There is a bar downstairs where you can have a good breakfast for a reasonable price

There are no teapots in the rooms, neither downstairs but it has been known in advance, hence cannot really give 4 stars for it. The bus stops in-front and it takes 20 minutes to get to the Opera

No air conditioning which was an issue. It was extremely hot in Vienna during our stay. The fan provided kept us going. Plenty of food and shops nearby. Bus stop is pretty much outside the door

Related to it's star ranking (3 stars hotel) This hotel presents high level in service, quality of the rooms and food and much more. The atmosphere was pleasent and the receptionists and the owner were nice and helpful

It’s really close to underground metro and the staff is amazing. They made our room ready at 10 even though we were supposed to be at 14

Some rooms are very small and do not have air conditioning. The services are good and the breakfast is good. I found vienna to be a nice and pleasant place to visit

They also let us leave our luggage at the desk once we were leaving and got nowhere to leave it. The manager printed out tickets for museum when we asked him. Beds were amazing and bathroom clean and shining

The breakfest does not have the biggest veriaty but it is always fresh and the workers there make sure nothing will be missed even for a minute (bringing new food all the time)

The location is good, it’s convenient to go anywhere! The only small drawback is that there are so many rooms on the first floor, it's like a maze to find your way around
