A nice place for the price, rooms were bigger than I thought they would be! You don’t really see the staff and you get all your check in, WiFi, and check out info through WhatsApp instead of email or in person because no one is really there at the desk full time

Check-in at the hotel is until 23-00. The door is keyed so it is advisable not to lose it. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Booked for one night then decided to stay for another

The location was good, the staff was friendly but we only saw them once. The room was comfortable, thank you.

The area is very quiet, with good restaurants nearby and well served and directly connected to city center with tram line 49 or metro at 5-7 min walk

The location is great, it is close to the city center and walking distance to the top attractions. The price was quite affordable at the time went, it was almost the price of hostel. Our experience was really good

The room and bed was clean, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Simple but perfect for solo travellers. The communication around checking in could be clearer

The hotel has a good location and is fairly convenient for transportation. It's about a 10-minute bus ride from the city center. However, the facilities are quite old; the showerheads in the bathroom are heavily rusted

I asked if i could store my luggage for a few hours after checking out and they said no problem, but sadly the reception was closed at 10 am on Monday morning - I used a storage service in Vienna instead

Perfect balance for cost and service. Great to leave and have breakfast just nearby then walk into the city centre or catch any of the many public transport options nearby

Staff was very nice and gave us early access to our room on our second stay. Be adviced that the lobby is only managed from 12 to 17, but you can self check-in if you arrive late which we did the first time around 23 pm

It is in a very good location - close to tram and U-Bahn stations, and about a 20 minute walk to Stephansplatz in the city centre. Billa supermarket is a 3 minute walk away

Cozy, vintage hostel, nice staff, low prices, free wifi, walking distance to the city centre. Redtaurant&breakfast bar within 60 metres from the hostel.

Best hotel in Wien in this price range. Very friendly staff and the owner. They know the Town very wel and can simetimes get you discount for the attractions. The rooms are big and have all the necessities

The room (4) was much bigger than I expected - there was a sofa, coffee table, wardrobe and a small dining table with 2 chairs. There was also a fridge and TV although I used neither

The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Also there were several electric sockets around the room. The shower was great - good water pressure and the temperature didn’t fluctuate

Given a map and directions for nearby places of interest. Some of the furniture a little dated but fully functional. Beds were extremely comfortable
