We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful and gave us a special honeymoon gift. The room was clean, and the location in the city center was perfect for sightseeing

Exceeded expectations! Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!! The Christmas decorations, breakfast, rooms, service, bar, and dinner were all impeccable!! We will definitely return to Vienna!! The only downside is the price, but it's worth it!

Just had Christmas Dinner in the Green Bar and the experience once second to none! Five course meal including pairing wines and champagnes and the staff was more than accommodating towards us, our toddler and the twins! Met Richard again who has done a fabulous job in the summer already and has made us feel more than welcome again! Highly recommended!

I love the style of this hotel. The decoration of the room is the traditional European style I like. There is a spacious cloakroom. In short, the room is very large. It is opposite the opera house

The hotel is so classic, but I loved the whole experience. PROS: - Amazing recreation staff, they are so supportive and friendly. - Located in the heart of Vienna city center, close to opera house, shops and restaurants

We ate dinner in the restaurant our first night and we were able to get good Wienerschnitzel and fish and awesome service. We then went to the American bar and had some good drinks

everything was frsh and good, complete with MIMOSAS 😋 Finally, the location was walking distance to EVERYTHING, which made it good for us to digest all the good food and drinks we had

Very good, the receptionist Miss Gao can speak Chinese, the service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is good, the hotel is in a very good location and convenient to go anywhere

As an added bonus, I told them we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. which is 2 days before my birthday (but I didn't say anything about that)

Breakfast was delicious every day and we looked forward to it daily. Plus the restaurant room that it is in is gorgeous. The real stand out was the service! The staff was so kind and welcoming

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary. The staff has been been wonderful especially at check in. We got a special bed that is ventilated and heated/cooled. Very interesting and very comfortable

Everything is great, location, cleanliness, and service is commendable! Receptionists (a filipina and italian) are very nice and welcoming! Just one thing not ideal for couples, the beds are two single beds combined so there is a slight bump in the middle

The hotel is accessible by bus 18 from the train station or the Hop On Hop Off. The Ring is about a mile walk from the hotel to the museum's

It was excellent in terms of its central location, cleanliness, and service quality; the only minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator in the room.

A day where I was satisfied with both the service and the response!!! I was able to enjoy myself and leave in luxury since they even upgraded my room~~~ It is also close to nearby tourist attractions, so I recommend it!

The opera house was just a few minutes' walk away; after watching Mozart, you could come back, open a bottle of Dom Pérignon and Krug, and chat with the bartender—it was simply amazing!

Very, very nice hotel, although the price is very expensive. The front desk staff is very nice. The hotel environment is a renovation of a duke's mansion. You can see that the public area is very luxurious

The room was small but exquisite, with a street view from the window. The restaurant was absolutely delicious; the hotel provided tasty chocolates daily—Vienna chocolates are famous

The breakfast is also very delicious. You can see the church outside on the 5th floor. Next door is the Golden Hall (you can go there without storing clothes and bags)

Cons: - The furniture was old. Two days in a row, I found rivets from the furniture on the carpet, which could be dangerous if you accidentally stepped on them. One day, I noticed a leg missing from a stool

Nice hotel right at the edge of the center of Vienna. Great location: you can walk most place, and you have great public transportation from the station nearby. Alot of Cafes, restaurants and pubs nearby

Fun fact, there is no shower curtain in my room so the floor was wet after my shower but George offered solutions and got it fixed, well done mate! Breakfast: a good choice, highlights are some very cool items, like a meat cutter, honeycomb, cakes etc, and the best part is, it lasts from 7 to 12pm (never seen one lasts that late from all my hotel stays across the globe, good for late owls)! Cleanness...

The hotel is super. In the city centre with its underground Parking, to the center 10 minutes walk.

Overall: a pleasant stay, a good service that lifted up the overall experience - bravo to George and Luca (the lady receptionist) Location: fairly close to the centre and main attractions, roughly 15-20 mins walk to the city centre, especially good for those who like to walk like myself! Otherwise, close to the tram and subway, 3-5 mins walk

Clean and tidy, convenient and comfortable in the city center

Location is nearby Rathaus U Bahn (purple line). Close by to city centre and just a few stops away from all major tourist attractions. Room is not too big but enough for 2 people

Located at a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle but yet close to all the major attractions in Vienna. The morning breakfast is quite a spread with cold cuts, fruit, breads, eggs, cornflakes and lots more

You can find everything you need nearby, and it's only two metro stops from the city center

Great location, super close to the subway. You can get to most attractions in about 15 minutes. The only minor drawback is that there aren't many breakfast options, so you usually have to wait a bit

The hotel is centrally located for shopping and sightseeing, about 20 min by bus from the main train station. The music theme is delightful although the Bassline room is compact

While the amenities in the room are limited, it’s easy to contact the staff by WhatApp and pick up items like robes, slippers, shower caps from the front desk. The room is only cleaned in request which is fine

But I think the cleanliness could use some attention. There was dust around the plugs in the room and piles of towels in the sauna. One of the guests had to ask for more towels and glasses there

Since the moment we arrived, we have been extremely satisfied. We did not experience anything negative at all. The room was very comfortable and everything had been thoughtfully arranged

Dumbbells up to 22kg and 3 cardio equipments as well as some machines. Omelettes to order as well as both warm and cold food. All the staff was really friendly and helpful

Staff Farouk is very polite and friendly

Staff doesn't look friendly and already informed to throw rubbish in the room but after I go back to the room at night, the rubbish is still there. The service is dropped compared to my first stay.

The eur20 or eur15 (if confirm upon check in) per person breakfast is too expensive. Despite adjusted to warm water temperature, it can sometimes splash out very hot water. So had to be extra careful when showering

However, the front desk informed us they wouldn't be able to contact housekeeping until the next morning to handle it, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom drainage was also very poor

The room is spacious, which is decent for the price in Europe. The location is great, very close to the Belvedere Palace, and not a long walk to the city center. It's also conveniently located near the airport.

The Rennweg station, just 100m away, offers a direct connection to the airport, and the 71 tram takes you straight to Hofburg Palace in the city center. The room also had air conditioning and a refrigerator

It's about a twenty-minute walk to the main city center, and there's also a subway station nearby which is very handy

Great location! It's a 4-minute walk to the Cathedral, and the Opera House, Castle, City Hall, the famous Central Café, the chocolate shop with the long lines, and the Danube River are all within about a 15-minute walk

Room 306 was a corner room and very spacias!! I have been to this hotel several times before. Housekeeping used to be better. Still is one of the top hotels on Vienna. Staff is friendly and location is great.

The location is fantastic! You can walk to almost all the attractions. The breakfast was good too, and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Vienna.

I recently visited Vienna to visit Christmas markets. The hotel is in an absolutely perfect location…tucked behind Peterkirche. It is only steps away from many major downtown attractions, but is nestled in a quiet nook

Hotel Wandl was in a great location, minutes to the Graben and St. Room was a good size and clean with a balcony and nice view. It’s an older hotel and looked like it was modernized in the 80’s or 90’s

The decor is in need of an update. The decor is very dated with some very unfortunate design details and the bathroom was tiny and cramped. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel. You are paying for the location

Love supporting a long time family owned business. Room was cozy and ready early!

One concern though is on lower floors you will be kept up all night by the sounds of horses clip-clopping down the old cobblestone streets. lovely to behold, maybe not to hear, during the night

We asked the middle-aged gentleman working the desk late at night for some tea free, and were offered it free of charge at around 2 AM as we came in from the cold

Two blocks from the museums, two blocks from the main shopping district and close to many pubs and restaurants. My only suggestions: breakfast in the hotel is pricey and the sauna is only open from 4:00pm-10:00pm

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its good location, close to the bus stop and subway station, and near the museum area, which can be reached in 5 minutes on foot

Located about a minute's walk north of canal. Front desk was polite and efficient. Twin room was spacious. Breakfast buffet spread was more than adequate and attended by careful staff. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is excellent! There's a bridge nearby that leads directly to the city center, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Black Death Tower, making it very convenient for getting around

If I had to pick a downside, the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Eating it for three days straight, by the third day, I couldn't really eat much more. But for the price, you can't really ask for too much
