Great location nice stuff clean hotel Not far from the center

Superb!! I spent a week in Vienna on business and had a fantastic stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with beautifully renovated, modern facilities, spotless common areas, and spacious, comfortable rooms

The location couldn’t have been better — there’s a taxi stand right outside the entrance, a tram stop nearby, and the city center is just a five-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to get around

The service was above and beyond exceptional! Each member of the staff treated everyone with kindness and timely service. I loved the upstairs bar as the main hangout area

The drinks at the bar were always served perfectly. Very clean, cozy, and great use of every space in the rooms. It’s a perfect location as it is very close to the middle of the city with so much to do

i had a terrible room close to elevator, room number 1 so let me tell you you want be able to sleep because all the people who are taking elevator you will be able to hear every conversation, laghing, quarelling and finally you wont be able to rest, there is no one use slippers in the room…i asked for room service if there is possibility to bring water in the room(the guy on reception told no)my hands...

Large clean room. Great beds and showers. V quiet at night too. Centre easily walkable as is all transport.

Very nice and helpful hotel and staff. Abundant and quality intercontinental breakfast with even prosecco available. Central location near the metro and station. We highly recommend it

We chose this hotel primarily for its excellent location and close proximity to the city center, as well as my personal curiosity about staying in one of Europe's truly ancient hotels

While the staff there was kind and took good care of us, the food itself felt too typical and could benefit from a more sophisticated menu than the standard fare found in other local restaurants

Our expectations were met: the staff was highly experienced, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We especially appreciated the cleaning, which was consistently top-notch

This being the oldest hotel in Vienna (since 1601), there’s no need to say the hotel has character. My room wasn’t large, but it was cozy and comfy. Antique furniture in good condition. The breakfasts were really good

The service at the breakfast buffet and at dinner is top notch, the breakfast spread is good, their Wienerschnitzel and Kaiserschmarrn are to die for. The room we had was spacious with a view to the inner courtyard

The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from St. On the flip side, it's quiet as it faces a street that isn't too busy and most of the rooms face the courtyard between two streets

Nice soft chairs and free Wi-Fi Internet. You can not order anything - no one insists

The hotel is in a great location! It is right on Carinthia Street, and there is a shopping mall right outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very nice and quiet. The water pressure is very strong

The hotel address may be for people to walk to, and it is not possible to drive there. It is recommended that Ctrip add the address of the hotel, Naschmarkt No. 5, so that the car can reach it

My room type requires 10 steps of stairs, which is really difficult for me who has a sprained waist and has to carry a 20-inch suitcase. But here I have to praise the hotel waiter

Although the money is immediately returned to the card when you check out, this method makes people uncomfortable. As we all know, credit card fraud is serious in Europe

any really!!! The fruit was deliciously tasty! An upgrade to a bigger room is available for only 20 Euros more! It is absolutely a wonderful hotel & we will be back here for sure on our next visit to Wien!

We loved our hotel; transportation was very close, the staff were friendly, it was very clean, and we were able to leave our luggage in storage and return about 3 hours later. Thank you so much!

Very Good Location near the center of Vienna !!!

Nice hotel, lovely and helpfull staff. But be aware that the closest metro station is 10 minutes away. But you can still walk to the city center (15 minutes)

Great Hotel in city center It's really great hotel. The bedroom were big and very clean. As to the location is in the center of Vienna it's a pleasant 15 minute walk into town or there is a tram at the end of the road

20 minutes walk to Vienna centre which i would recommend as you get to go via Nachmarkt where there are plenty of good bars/food outlets

Location is around a 40 minute walk to the centre but we preferred this as to you get to see the outskirts, it’s a scenic walk and around 20 minutes into it you come across the Naschmarkt which is worth seeing! Breakfast has all you need, hot drinks, eggs, bacon, breads, cakes, meats, cereals and yogurt etc

5 stars all way! Staff - Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast - Exceptional and not to be missed. Plenty of variety whatever your requirements (6. 30am-10am) Rooms - As described, spacious and comfortable

Room was on level 5! Room 512 and was spacious and clean! I would have preferred a mini fridge in the room as there isn’t one but everything else is fine, has a very good hairdryer and a powerful and hot shower

The staff was very nice and pleasant, they changed for free our room from medium to large since we were with a toddler. Also they invited us for free coffee even though we didn’t stay for breakfast

bar seemed to open more towards the evening/night. Nearest shop/supermarket is around a 10 minute walk which shuts 8pm and the receptionist can help tell you the directions

Very pleasant accommodation, close to the train station to the airport. Two bus stop far to the centre of Wien. Good breakfast, clean and silent. Recommended

Ok stay. Locationwise not perfect for the city center, but a tenner gets you an uber there. Room was clean. Hotel is a bit outdated and can use sone paint. Staff was friendly and attentive. Acceptable for the price.

There is a Metro station very close to otel by using this metro, you can go anywhere and you can come from the airport by only using one metro. The location is almost perfect. You’re near the Belvedere Palace

This hotel is a good value for money, located near Belvedere Palace. Transportation isn't particularly convenient, but the subway station is about a ten-minute walk away

Wonderful experience. Excellent breakfast, very warm and caring hotel staff and very helpful. Superb Wifi and this place is almost at the heart of this beautiful city making travel nearby a fun and exciting experience.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location which is close to almost everything. Breakfast is nice, mini bar with wide range menu of choices. Will consider this hotel again for the next business trip

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with advice on Christmas markets and what to see in a limited amount of time! The hotel also offered free walking tours, which we didn't get to go on but we would definitely factor this in for future trips

A very good hotel in the center of Vienna, 5 minutes walk from st. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Rooms are Abit small but getting cleaned and tidy every morning

We chose the location for multiple reasons: centrally located, next to our favorite breakfast spot, near the royal palace where we had a ball to go to, the opera, metro station, high end shops, pretty much everything was walking distance in this walkable city

This was a great hotel in the middle of literally everything. The rooms were more spacious than I had originally thought, with amenities like a coffee maker and kettle

We stayed in a 4-bed mixed dorm whilst traveling in Vienna. The location is pretty good if you use the metro as it is a bit of a walk to the main attractions. Some staff at the front desk were pleasant and some weren't

I'm not sure why that was the case as they had worked in other hostels we stayed at but the staff gave us a different locker instead which was helpful. The room was small but very clean with a great clean bathroom

We had an issue with not being able to lock our lockers with the standard locker locks we had brought with us traveling. They said our locks were too small and that's why the lock didn't work

We had a 6 bed room for our family, 4 of the beds had lovely comfy mattresses, but two were exceedingly lumpy and springs sticking up, so clearly needed replacing

The room has a TV with Russian channels, Ironing Board with iron, kettle with drinks (tea, coffee), Hairdryer, maid service daily,safe. Delicious breakfasts with great range of products ( cheeses, sausages, fruits, etc

There's a bus stop nearby, and the subway station is about a 10-minute walk away. The staff at the front desk were very friendly; they even gave me some cookies before I left

The breakfast buffet was international, with constant replacement of any product that may be low in quantity or out. The only down side from the breakfast was the size of the glass. Too small, not comfortable at all

The hotel has sauna which can be used by notifying 30 minutes before. Right next to the hotel there is a metro station and a block away, a big supermarket

We had a King room and it was _huge_, immaculate and with a comfy bed - all of which proved to be incredibly handy because we had arrived in Vienna sick and ended up spending our first two days without really leaving the room

A great buffet breakfast is served, offering both cooked and child items. The proximity to the U-bahn makes getting anywhere in Vienna straightforward. However, this area itself is great for shopping

An excellent smaller hotel with a lot of character. The period decor and ornate staircase really add to the atmosphere. Rooms are modern and clean, bathrooms have their own toiletries

This hotel is part of the Radisson Hotel chain. Located near the University and a bit outside the central city it is actually quite conveniently located

We stayed with a group of friends during the first Advent weekend of 2025. We booked the last two premium rooms and got lucky to get one of the rooms promoted to a suite

The other room was OK, though very simple for the price we paid, with no view, only two small skylight windows (IMHO the room should not be offered as a premium room)

They say it’s the journey, not the destination, well, these folks were top notch, making the destination better along the way! The Rathaus Christmas market is right down the street! The front of house staffers were the BEST!! They were friendly, helpful and outgoing! Here are the shout outs: Milos, amazing, patient, solved my phone problem for me! Odd at first but once you realize how many places there are to eat it becomes less of an issue. It is clean has nice rooms and the service for everything else is excellent. The people are friendly and helpful too

We had a great stay at this hotel and a good night's rest each evening. The hotel is located near the Town Hall which was a quiet area near the end of October but there was quite a bit of construction in the area

The toilet was enclosed but the glass shower stall was right in the middle of the room. This was ok for us because we are married but you may want to look at the room styles or be comfortable with a friend before booking

We had tram and metro access just a little bit down the road at the Rathaus station but believe the construction made it somewhat tricky to navigate to get to the right platform. The hotel room was interesting

The location of the hotel was pretty good and there were some restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. The Town Hall, Hofburg Palace, Parliament Building, and Volksgarten were very close to the hotel

The location is perfect; you can easily reach the city center on foot or via the excellent public transport network, with shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need nearby

but the best thing was the mattress - I slept like a baby!! I'll be back :)

The receptionists, Alex and Loles, truly saved my first ball. I faced some difficulties, as many tourists do in Vienna, and they showed exceptional involvement and a truly individual approach to every guest

There are also restaurants nearby. The only downside is that the hotel's shampoo isn't very good; my hair felt strange and didn't seem clean after washing. I recommend bringing your own, along with your own slippers

The room is not very big but for the budget, it is acceptable to me. What impresses me the most is the service of the receptionist as they seems to be trained to be very polite and helpful to every clarification.

Although it is in an alley, I feel that Shanghai is very tasteful, and the room feels quite exquisite. The food is very good, especially the breakfast, and the service attitude is also very good
