I really liked the guys at the reception - Nikita, Akhmed - big hello. They told us everything, showed us everything, took everything into account, helped. Thanks to them, we remember them with warmth

The breakfast start time was not respected. It was supposed to open at 7:00 a. , but we were allowed in at 8:30 a. The staff was unsympathetic; luckily, we only stayed for two days

The guy at the front desk was really welcoming, but the room was terrible. It wasn't soundproof and only had a fan, which was incredibly loud. Choose carefully.

One of the best in Vienna, we got upgrade with 2 BHK with fully loaded kitchen equipment. Big living room and 2 small bottles of complimentary wine. Only 5 mins walking from central market

Great apartment hotel in the middle of Vienna center, in the first square, and despite its main location it was very quiet

We stayed at the largest apartment the hotel can offer, and it was definitely large and very comfortable , including 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen bad and small one with 2 separated beds, 2 toilets with 2 showers (one other 2 was a bath) and small nice kitchen that was fully equipped with everything we needed

I really have absolutely negative to say. The building inside is exceptionally made

Staff were so kind, excellent location but our room layout was a bit awkward and toilet not so well ventilated.

U3 is the orange line, it is convenient to transfer to other stations, buy the subway/bus ticket that Zhang Ren takes You can go anywhere! The room has 3 single beds, clean and odorless! The toilet cleaning towels are OK, although water leaks from the bottom of the wash basin (very rare, acceptable), but otherwise I am satisfied! Towels are changed every day, as long as you put them on the floor of...

All meals are available from 7am to 10am until you are full (don’t waste it!) And the gentleman in the picture is such a nice guy! Very easy-going! I only pay more than 800 yuan/day! Great value, my wife and I also like it very much! But I personally think that it is not a 4-star hotel

From the perspective of Hong Kong people, it is a hotel upstairs! Of course, compared to the upstairs hotel in Hong Kong, the room is much larger! Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high!

Simple, clean hotel, but really recommended. On a city trip you're only there to sleep anyway. Breakfast was also pretty simple, but everyone found something. Would book it again.

You can walk to many major attractions in just a few minutes and the area is littered with great dining, shopping and people watching. Despite the central location, Aviano offers a quiet oasis within the busy Vienna core

The Aviano is a wonderful small hotel. Our room was spotlessly prepared, the bed was comfortable, there was room to stretch out, and it was quiet. The bathroom was roomy and the hot water was plentiful

We especially loved the traditional red and gold furnishings, the royal colors of the bygone Habsburg empire. We found the staff, especially Sophie and Polina, to be extremely friendly, professional and helpful

Aviano is in a good location and they have the top two floors of the building. Breakfast was good and the young man was so friendly and helpful. If we return, we will stay here again

It was great that it was close to the tram.

They didn’t offer much information about the stay or check in process without us having to ask.   The room was basically ok but the bathroom pipes smelled like sewage so kept the bathroom door shut

Stayed for one night with family. The front and entrance to the hotel is very off putting. Staff friendly Hotel is tired, threadbare mismatched towels and rust on the shower shelving was just some of the things I noticed

The staff at check in was so low energy and didn’t acknowledge our presence when we arrived and stood at the desk waiting. They didn’t say hi or ask us any questions

They just continued to converse amongst themselves across the desk we were standing at and didn’t look at us for a while. It seemed like we burdened them by even coming to check in

Simple hotel perfect for a cheap getaway. Located right next to a tram stop which is ideal for getting into the city, also able to walk to a few good locations from the hotel

My suite Playground at House of Time was amazing! I felt as if it was the best version of my own home! The sense of details is truly everywhere

Ideal location only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Vienna. The hotel is in front of a local market which offers a variety of food and drink options. We stayed in the playground suite

In terms of location, you have to walk 10 mins to be in the center but the subway and tram are other easy options next to the hotel

There are real work of arts in every room, the decoration is uniquely luxurious, the bed is slightly inclined for better blood circulation (first time I ever experience this in a hotel!), the breakfast service is wonderful

For a reasonably affordable room in the very centre of the city, I'd highly recommend some things to consider- The room has no air conditioning so can get hot but does have a fan

The view of the cathedral is poetic

After exiting the subway, I followed Google Navigation. But I couldn't find it when I got there. Two kind foreign women told me where it was. The hotel was closed after 7:00 PM. I didn't arrive until 10:00 PM

It was splendid we visited Vienna in February it was quite facile to divulge the location of the hotel since it was conspicious and wer were greeted by an amicable,kind,benevolent receptionist,who had briefly and evidently the fundamental information about the hotel,forbye other employees were courteous and well disposed,furthermore our room was extremely clean and our bed was comfortable and snug...

Excellent location in the center of Vienna, view of the beautiful piazza from the room. Room was a good size for 3 people (2 twin beds and sleeper sofa). Front desk and breakfast staff were so helpful and nice

What’s more the location could not have been better it is situated in the heart of vienna, exact opposite(150meters aprox) Stephansplatz U Bahn in Innere Stadt

Location is fantastic, 2 min walk to Albertina museum and metro. I had a single room and it was perfect for me. Wardrobe, coffee maker, bathtub. Check-in was easy and the staff were accommodating for my late check-in.

Transport wise - a tram stop across the street (less than 1 minute walking) + a bus stop even closer, which makes it super convenient for arriving from the train station and the airport and basically getting anywhere in the city during your stay

There are many different cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all kinds of shops just around the corner and nearby, to say nothing about Mariahilferstrasse itself

The hotel itself is very nice, quiet and super clean, the double room I had has enough space for 2 people (and more than enough for 1), with a very comfy bed, wardrobe, a bathroom and tea/coffee supplies replenished daily

The hotel has a good structure and is in a good location in the city, since although it's not directly in the center (it's about a 20-25 minute walk), it has amenities like public transport right at the door

A very basic hotel with nothing much more than a bed to offer. Location was quite central so within easy walking distance of sights or the street tram / U-Bahn

You can park free overnight on city streets and pay hourly during the day, but we found that leaving our car in the nearby overnight garage recommended by the staff worked well for us

The location is very convenient and you can actually park in front of the hotel temporarily to check in

near to thecentre, medium price (we stayed there for 3 days for 158€ / 2 persons), you can get there by the U1(to karlsplatz) and U2(schottentor) from the railwaystation , the taxi costs a lot (22€)

The bathroom had bright, pleasant lighting, and there was a large wardrobe with plenty of space to store all my belongings. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and I felt very happy and relaxed throughout my stay

The code for entry arrived the day before and it was easy to get in. The room was spacious with high ceilings. Location was the best - easy access by metro and walking distance to cultural sites and museums

I really loved the location of the apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I slept wonderfully the pillows were incredibly comfortable, and even though I’m a light sleeper, I rested perfectly

Buffet Breakfast that was included in price was very nice! The staff was very friendly and helpful - they also told us for a few interesting spots and the best schnitzel restaurant in town which was indeed a must visit - The Figmuller! Around the hotel there were few nice restaurants and we even spotted an Indian one ;)

, Hofburg Imperial Palace (where we also saw a fantastic opera show with reasonable tickets), Austrian parliament, Rethaus, Stephen's cathedral, volkstheater, michaelerplatz (where figmuller restaurant is - this whole area is filled with restaurants and bars, amazing place to hang out and watch street artists performing) etc

The hotel had a nice character and lovely rooftop views from our balcony! Our room was way too spacious which we loved because all other hotel rooms we have visited were very congested and small

We had a small balcony which was so romantic and it helped get fresh air in the room. August was hot during the day but pretty chilly at night

We had a private bathroom and had all the amenities we could have wanted, including a shared fridge in the hallway and downstairs in the lobby. They loaned us a kettle for the room so I could make tea

Great location for me to walk around - as well as use public transportation. My room was clean and I was glad to have my own bathroom. The temperatures were nice and I only used both the fans once

I stayed at pension Lehrerhaus for five nights while visiting Vienna. It is a low price pension so it is a slightly different approach than a hotel. That said, the rooms are large and nicely lit

Access requires some steps (though there is an elevator) and can bit a little confusing at first if your room is behind the courtyard. Rooms are large, super clean, some with large private bath

A nice place for the price, rooms were bigger than I thought they would be! You don’t really see the staff and you get all your check in, WiFi, and check out info through WhatsApp instead of email or in person because no one is really there at the desk full time

Check-in at the hotel is until 23-00. The door is keyed so it is advisable not to lose it. The room is very clean and has everything you need. Booked for one night then decided to stay for another
