The hotel location is a bit far away, but it is right next to the river. The view is amazing!! They also have a sauna for the guests and a swimming pool.

My stay at Hilton Vienna Waterfront was truly an excellent experience, and I can say I was completely satisfied in every aspect.
The hotel is in a great location by the Danube, offering a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds that ensure a good night’s rest. I would especially highlight the quietness of the rooms and the good sound insulation – perfect for relaxation.
The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which further enhances the overall experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
Breakfast is diverse and high-quality, with a wide selection of food and drinks, so everyone can find something to their taste.
I would also like to mention that the hotel offers a convenient outdoor parking area right next to the property, available for an additional charge, which is a great benefit for guests arriving by car.
Overall, this is a hotel I would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and high-quality stay in Vienna.

The Vienna trip brought many surprises from the Hilton hotel for my wife and me: delicious breakfast, comfortable sleep, charming sunrise by the Danube River, and the family-like care from the hotel staff...

The location isn't great, and there was ongoing road construction. Taxis couldn't drop us off directly at the entrance, so we had to get out and walk across a cordoned-off area to reach the hotel. Also, adding breakfast was a bad deal; it definitely wasn't worth the price. You're better off walking ten minutes to a McDonald's outside.

Friendly and helpful staff with chic large rooms and a beautiful view. Breakfast was great and they had a creative Greek plant based lamb burger on their bar menu that was delicious. The saunas were also very nice and quiet retreat.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean, and the facilities and environment were superb. All the staff were friendly, especially Katharina at the front desk who was very professional, friendly, and patient. All the staff in the executive lounge were also excellent, especially the older gentleman who treated guests like family.

We stayed at the Hilton Vienna Waterfront and overall had a pleasant experience that felt very in line with what you’d expect from a nice Hilton property.

The location is decent. Being right on the waterfront is a plus and makes for a quieter setting, and there is an on‑site car park available for a fee. That said, it’s about a 15‑minute walk to the nearest metro station, so it’s not the most convenient spot if you’re planning to rely heavily on public transportation.

The hotel itself feels like a typical upscale Hilton. As Diamond members, we had access to the executive lounge and the wellness center, both of which were nice perks. The executive lounge offers a happy hour from 5–7pm each day with snacks and drinks, which we appreciated. The wellness center was also a highlight and felt very spa‑like, with multiple sauna options including an infrared sauna, an 80°C sauna, and a 60°C sauna.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, a sofa pull‑out bed, and a tub/shower combination. We had a waterfront room, which was a definite plus. One small downside was that the shower head was a bit low and didn’t seem to be adjustable, which made showering slightly less comfortable.

We also would have liked to see Netflix or other streaming options available on the TV instead of just cable, though we were still able to find things to watch.

One logistical note: when parking in the car park, we didn’t see an easy ramp or elevator option for luggage, so we ended up carrying our bags up a flight of stairs, which wasn’t ideal.

Overall, this is a solid, comfortable Hilton stay. It may be a bit on the expensive side, but you largely get what you pay for, especially if you can take advantage of the lounge and wellness facilities. A good option if you’re looking for a quieter waterfront hotel experience in Vienna.
