Excellent location next to main ski lift (Stubnerkogel), railway station, bus terminal and the Felsentherme spa. Newly refurbished for 2025/26 season.

A truly wonderful hotel, recently refurbished, fabulous Staff. The food is very good and offers not only a hotel restaurant but a downstairs Bar and Grill. I have attached a copy of the menu, (correct at Jan 26). A shout out to the reception, always beyond helpful, perfect English and always there to help. A special thank you to Stephan and Walther for all their assistance. If I was back in the area again Si would stay here at a heartbeat. If you’re a skier, then you cannot beat the location bang opposite the bus station and access to Gondolas, and about a 1 minute walk to the local Spa.

Such a fun dining experience with a lovely atmosphere and very attentive staff. In a great location, super close to the lift and a close walk to the bars.

Had a really good stay at the hotel, the rooms were very clean the staff is super nice and helpful. Delicious food and a sweet cafe to calm down after a day of skiing. Recommend!

The hotel has a great location right across from the train station and the cable car. The building is showing its age a bit, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a great stay there.

Price was right to allow me to go to bad gastein, everything else was double or three times price.

The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel.
When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15 minutes a train passed, literally in front of the hotel (200 yard/ meter).
We wanted to sleep with the balcony door open because it was hot and there was no A/C, but it was impossible, due to the noise.

When I ordered a drink, the manager snapped at me for not speaking up loud enough, even though I was speaking at a normal volume. You could tell he was drunk as he was overly aggressive and slurring his words. Overall, I would not recommend this bar to anyone. The manager's behavior was completely out of line, and the drinks were not worth the high prices. Save your money and find a different spot to enjoy a night out.
