I didnt want to stay too far from HBF. Just 5 mins by walk from station. It s located in Shell gas station. So it made me easy to find some snack and drink at Shell’s minimart 24hrs.
I went to check-in around 7pm but the reception was not there. I tried to press call bell until some staff responded and opened the door for us. And they left my key card at the front desk. I had 3 heavy luggages and there is no Elevator or escalators!!!!
Anw, i still love this place. Becuz there is bid heater both of bedroom and toilet with any amenities I want like hair dryer.

This hotel is fraudulent. The exterior photos don't show a hotel at all. The entrance is small, there's no elevator, and after climbing the stairs, the reception area looks like a guesthouse. There's no air conditioning at all, which is completely different from the advertised description. The room is crammed with three beds – imagine what a guesthouse from the 1990s looks like! It seems to be run by Indians. They refuse to refund any money, their attitude is terrible, and there's no sense of security. I don't understand why this kind of hotel appears on Ctrip, especially with its star rating. Meanwhile, the hotel next door is excellent, with a hundred times better hygiene and service, and it's much cheaper. Don't book this hotel; there are safety concerns, especially regarding your belongings. Avoid this hotel.

Very near to main train & bus station, walkable even with big luggage. A lot of halal food shop nearby.

Expect to get basic room. The registration is fast and bfast not really appealing

The location is good and convenient. The saud breakfast is ready at 7.00 but not at all.

No lift to the hotel and the reception. Toilet door handle spoilt and not properly repaired. Breakfast spread so so. Service so so. Room is small and only has shower gel. Convenient location near to train and bus station. Will not stay there again for the price.

The receptionist is very welcoming and nice! She knew we are leaving early the next day around 7.30am and she get ready the breakfast place earlier at 7am for us. Thank you!!!

Definitly not worthy for your money. The room is very small, not 25m2 as descibe. It looks like a student room with many of beds, then you don't have any space left to move, to place your baggages. Very very Small bathroom. No water, no cup, no refrigrator ... with this you can afford better hotel. Don't choose this one.

The hotel is placed conveniently for business travelers. You will get a decent size room, crazy view, and nice staff. We'll, most of them were nice. Lady who answered my call told I should bring a confirmation for me I travel for business (reservation manager told I didn't need any..). Then she added I may come without it, since she will not be here and another person will solve my problem. Great service for one of a few hotels kept open during lockdawn N+1 in Austria...

Neat and clean hotel with warm rooms. Perfectly located, surrounded by many restaurants like Doner kebab, McDonald's, Burger king etc, grocery and it is just one minute walk to the bus and train station. Almost all the buses goes via city centre, by walk it will take only 20 minutes. The breakfast offered here was yummy. Staffs here are friendly.

Staying here during the fall, reception was friendly and quick to help with our questions. Housekeeping was great. Also the location is superb right near the train station.

Would have given 5 star if it weren't for the cold treatment of one of the male receptionists.
We were there on 3rd October 2021 at 12 PM but the check in was at 2. The tall guy at the reception told us to come back at 2. No next steps on the luggage, no information on whether to wear the mask at the reception floor, no information on where to freshen up for the time being. We had to prod the receptionist for answers while he was being unhelpful. Finally he told us about the cloak room which we used.
The next receptionist was a very pleasant guy and he helped us to check-in at 2PM. He gave us all the information.
The food was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only complaint was the one receptionist.

Good hotel at a great location for a city trip. Easily accessed by bus after arriving at airport. Breakfast is perfect, all options available. View is great. Rooms are a bit out-dated with a shower in a bath.
