I love Leonardo boutique as it has a good central location if you want to leisurely explore the Salzburg city. We did not bring cars so convenient for us to walk from the hotel and short distance to the old towns.
The hotel room is nicely decorated and clean.
Breakfast no fault they that many various choices of food and drink. The receptionist were all helpful.
Lovely stay for 2 nights.

The room was satisfactory; it was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and two large suitcases could easily be laid flat. The bathroom had heated towel rails. Breakfast was clear, and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is located on the slopes of Kapchina Hill, near Zweig's birthplace, which I wanted to visit—I was delighted! There are various restaurants nearby, and it's just across the bridge to the other side, which is very convenient.

1. Provide a clear tram map
2. For guests staying more than 2 nights, please clearly explain how to request room cleaning
3. We need a chair to sit on while putting on makeup
4. Inform customers of applications such as OBB Scotty (bus/tram)

The hotel is in a pedestrian street, with two or three restaurants downstairs. There is a small fountain at the door, which is very suitable for children to play.
The hotel elevator is relatively small and the interior decoration is relatively simple. Parking is not available in the hotel. If you drive by yourself, you will have to hear the underground of Barami Palace, but fortunately it is not far away.
It takes five or six minutes to walk back.

The Star Inn Premium Hotel in Salzburg has decided to close and remain closed due to COVID (which I fully understand). Although they are choosing to remain closed which is completely out of our control they are REFUSING to refund us for our reservation and have only offered us a rebooking at a later date or the option to book at their sister hotel which is of lower quality and is not in the location we are looking to stay in. Our trip to Salzburg is for the holidays and we will not have the luxury of rebooking at a later date as we are coming from out of country.
The hotel receptionist told us that they will gladly process a refund since they are the ones who are closing down but they will need a manager to process the refund. The management team has now refused to issue the refund after their staff has told us multiple times they are going to refund us.
Is this how you treat you customers? I understand if we chose to cancel then I would be limited to your cancellation policy but this was out of my control and was the Star Inn Hotel Premium's decision. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and is no where close to hospitable.
