This was my third time at this hotel. Each visit was a delight. Every single staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We were delighted to be greeted by the chef every morning. Special requests were also readily accommodated. We will definitely be back.

A very positive experience; the food was excellent, the staff were clean, friendly, and the value for money was right. They were especially welcoming to children, even teenagers. Having been to Kirchberg eight times before, but this was my first time at the Hotel Kirchberger Hof, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We had half-board with breakfast and dinner buffets. A varied dinner was offered every day. We stayed there two years ago and the quality and service haven't diminished at all. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The food offered a wide selection, was of very high quality, and there was something for everyone. The swimming pool and especially the spa area provided a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

The modern rooms are very nice and clean with a great balcony. However, it's located in the town and doesn't offer an unobstructed view. The swimming pool is great, and the water is warm. The staff are consistently very friendly. We were given a beautifully decorated room. The food is also very tasty, although some of it is pre-prepared.

Our stay at the Hotel Kirchberger Hof over Easter was exceptionally pleasant and unforgettable. We were impressed not only by the friendly and attentive staff, but also by the outstanding service and excellent overall experience. The à la carte dinner deserves special mention; it was not only exceptionally delicious but also beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients and the high level of professionalism in the preparation far exceeded our expectations. One suggestion we would like to make is to expand the menu to include more traditional regional dishes. It would be wonderful to be able to sample a variety of local specialties, perhaps even offered on a rotating basis. This would further enhance the culinary experience and allow guests to enjoy the local cuisine more intensely. Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend the Hotel Kirchberger Hof and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Both breakfast and the evening buffet were extremely good, with a very wide selection. The rooms and the spa area were very clean. The reason for deducting one star is that the skis are stored outside in an unlocked ski box. Furthermore, the ski boot room is hardly heated (only for about two hours), so our ski boots were always wet and cold! The information on the website is also only partially correct, as the ski bus hadn't started running yet (the information sheet also contained incorrect information regarding the ski bus), and skiing directly off the slopes wasn't possible despite the abundant snow. We expected more understanding and effort regarding the aforementioned issues! Everyone we spoke to at reception was unfriendly.

A hotel that is unfriendly to children! They lock up local children! They only care about their own advantage. Absolutely terrible. The family has issued a decree for toddlers to no longer be allowed outside because they disturb their guests!
